DO NOT USE, absolutely mis leading charge interest even after full balance cleared and staff could not be more uninterested just kept saying have to clear balance 2 month in a row so no interest now someone please explain how you can clear a zero balance because I would love to know 😂 absolute joke of a company

Worst credit card with extremly rude customer service with no manner at all.
with 'excellent' credit score got my Ocean credit card. They gave me £200 limit Only, after calls and calls said after 6 months we will increase. Now ot has been more than 8 months. No increase, no call and offer nothing. Just burnt my chances.
Needless to say my other 2 credit cards at the same time frame together carrying more than £8400!.
Never ever go near Capital one scam. PURE SCAM

Don't trust these guys. I brought item on web paid by card thinking I was covered by fraud but no I got caught out with scammer they won't give me my money back they won't help so there happy to let these scammers rip us off and the credit card company don't want to know 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 total angry 😡

A shocking experience
A shocking experience, after being scammed by a rogue plumber, they refused to do a chargeback claim, and found every excuse in order that I did not receive a refund under consumer rights . I have been a customer for years and they were extremely unhelpful.

High APR but high interest payments can be avoided with responsible use.
Simple app, but with clear layout, easy to navigate. Setting up DD's is straightforward.
Great starter CC for those applying for their first or for individuals aiming to rebuild their credit score.
