Ordered in November still not received and have sent 20 odd emails and had no response. Obviously just a total scam please do not order from them

I think that the green stars laser should move too! But it's 5 stars!!

Its been over 2 weeks and it still hasn’t shown up. Sent an email to support and never got a response. Seems like I was just robbed of $50. Judging from the amount of 1 star reviews it seems like they are scamming a lot of people. Going to look into reporting the site this clearly isn’t a legitimate thing. The reviews I saw when looking it up were mostly positive but when I was brought to this to review it (through an email from the company) 75% are 1 star. This site needs to be reported from what I can see.

It seems like if you don't live in California, they just will not ship it to you.DO NOT give this unprofessional company a dime! I've waited for my product for almost 2 months so far and they emailed the bullcrap "logistics team" to me a month ago when I was asking on an update. I then requested a refund and haven't heard from them in a week.

I signed up for the referral program and haven’t received even a penny from my referrals also the starlight projector I bought doesn’t even work properly very bad company

I think we should spam their emails with our negative reactions they are awful i ordered for Christmas and still havent gotten it no refund snd same bs response about logistics... i also left s bad review on their website but they do not post. They ARE not in the usa as advertised its a bogus company. It doesn't matter if this review goes to them theres a sucker born every minute and apparently I was born in December

So far waited a good while for my product only for it to come in nonworking. Trying to get in touch with company but no luck so far to exchange the product. Not a good start

Everyone who’s galaxy hasn’t shipped out yet get your refund! I tried buying one and the seemingly quick transaction timed out with a screen specifically stating so I went through my process again. Once I receive two shipment emails I thought it had to be a mistake. After checking my account I email customer service letting them know about my situation and if they can look into the website. No mention of the website and they can’t refund once it’s shipped out because there’s no way to stop the parcel. I receive one light that doesn’t work and a week later I email customer service asking about that second light, they sent me tracking info it’s been sitting at a warehouse my light I have had already been to. In my mind if you order two products within a few minutes with back to back order numbers, you don’t expect them to arrive weeks apart... and broken. Literally the worst company I’ve ever wasted my money on. I ordered the ocean galaxy light over 6 months ago, and they still haven’t even shipped it. Plus their ”customer support team” doesn’t even seem to care. I’ve sent then many emails and they never responded. Don’t buy from this company this is a scam!!!

Works as advertised, only thing I was expecting it to be bigger and for it to cover the whole ceiling.

Atrocious and a scam. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review because I’ve worked with customer support too and thought they just had a lot to do. But they’ve ignored my messages after saying they’ll escalate my issue to the logistics team ALMOST A YEAR AGO.

I sent them 7 messages after being ghosted the moment I told them my order hadn’t arrived weeks later. MONTHS later. It’s been almost a year since I sent them my first complaint of the order never arriving (August 13, 2020) and I’ve been ignored since. I ordered TWO Galaxy lights at that. They use some type of weird delivery where the package is dropped off OUTSIDE your door at 4 am in the mornings where I live and then refuse to help when you find no package outside. I NEVER chose this delivery option, it was chosen by oceangalaxylight and I had NO idea of this.

If I get a reply I’ll change this review but as it stands I’ve gotten radio silence. Just sent a new email today. Get back to your customers.

The 2 item are not working. Email them 3 times to return. I’m still waiting for a response. Buyer be aware. Not happy.

Ordered in December last year, still haven't received anything and only a single response to my emails (1 month ago). This is the worst company I have ever been in contact with, making excuses about shipping and literally ignoring every single question regarding a refund. Don't order anything from these scammers..

I'm not usually the kind of person to leave bad reviews, but I've had such a horrible experience with this company. I ordered this projector in the beginning of November, 2020 and never received it 4 months later. I have contacted customer support countless times and they were of no help. I have read many other reviews of people saying that they experienced the same issue. I never got my money back, either! Horrible experience-- I recommend finding a similar one instead.

Sends me email asking for review yet haven’t even received anything more than an initial pre-shipment notification. Still waiting...

Very pleased with the galaxy light. It improves the overall experience of just hanging out! Super cool!

It looks so good and magical. Something happened with my order and it arrived a little late but it was worth it. I love it.

I am enjoying the Ocean Galaxy Light so far. It has more features and setting than I anticipated. I'm still experimenting with the timer, so I'm unsure how that works. I do wish the cord were a little longer as the effect is much more encompassing when it's placed in an unobstructed part of the room away from furniture. It doesn't come with an outlet plug, only a USB, so just be aware that if you don't intend to plug it into another device (or if you don't have an outlet with a USB plug), you will need your own connector. All in all, it's a fun ambient light source.

Low quality light and overpriced. Wish I hadn't bought it, but there's no possibility to return. I'm annoyed I bought it on a whim when it's just a cheap, ugly thing with a rubbish speaker.
