I needed support with moving from my current provider - it turned out that I could have the exact same package at an even cheaper price with OctaWeb. I spoke with a lovely chap over support ticket and he even went as far as advising me to not take a higher package for the sake of it. I genuinely feel that this company seriously care about their customers. I saw online of a price drop too for existing customers so if they save money they pass that onto customers - I have never seen this before from a company.

So far so good, I think I am not looking at moving anytime soon!

OctaWeb is by far one of the best hosting company's I've gone with so far. During the whole set-up proccess of my products the team was fast in replying to solve problems and always kept me informed.
