It was a little intimidating at first but I quickly learned that making a campaign isn’t difficult and anyone can do it. It makes it so easy to connect with people and increase your visibility to the community you’re trying to reach. For someone who is attempting to break in to a new industry this makes it so much easier.

I love it. I'll start w/ my one complaint... I'm a little unsure how to avoid repeat message sending, or target people for second rounds of messages to only those who got the first, so some clarity there would be great, maybe a button that says, "send only to contacts who received xyz message", or "only send to contacts who I have no contact with", or something like that... (this likely exists and I'm just a novice)... but otherwise - what an amazing product. My reach-out rate per day has already increased by multiples of 100%, and the results are already starting to show. Big time.

Octopus has taken a lot of manual work out of my day. By automatically reaching out to potential clients on LinkedIn, it is doing the equivalent of 70-80 cold calls/emails per day. Since you're paying for data it would be nice to have more features. Specifically to download the email address and phone number from LinkedIn contacts.

It was a no brainer for to sign up for octopus. It is very easy to use.

It is so easy to use, I decide after 2 day of trial, to do a full yr, something I hardly ever do.

Octopus is an easy tool to use and learn. I quickly got set up to be able to connect, manage new connections and send them messages with a lot less time than I would had I done it manually. Saves time in sourcing and managing new connections. The dashboard is basic but informative.
The functions are also limited to connections, message campaigns, visits and endorsements. No advanced sourcing interface or filters of candidates imported other than Premium only profiles.

There is also a problem when I import from URL, the names and titles aren't imported until after they are processed/connected. The import pop-up doesn't mention why half the profiles aren't imported from my searches, I figured out it's because they are already in my network, but the pop-up doesn't explain this, only that some invites are pending already.

All in all, a useful tool with potential, worth the relatively low cost. A good tool to add to your arsenal.

I just started using Octupus on the recommendation of a coworker. Have done a couple of searches and have received excellent response and new connections. I will use in the future. As I get more experience with Octupus, I'll let you know how things go.

Octopus CRM is one of the most powerful LinkedIn automation tools I came across, while offering much bang for the buck - the pricing is very fair for the features it offers. The support team answers very fast and is always willing to help - they even extended my trial for another week when I asked. I am now generating a lot more leads in a much shorter time period, while I can care for other stuff in the meantime - a life saver! Given the fact there will be support and new features in the future I am confident, this will be the most successful LinkedIn automation tool on the market.
