I'm really enjoying Octopus CRM. I can grow my LinkedIn audience and send messages in bulk to my contacts. So far so good!

My experience with Octopus for LinkedIn has been really good so far. It is pretty easy to use however I had had a few questions. When I reached out to support the responses have been pretty quick and quite helpful. The support people are courteous and helpful. I do have a other questions for which I will be reaching out again soon.

Just joined and so far brilliant-saved me tons of time and their team stay in touch and answer back quickly and helpfully !

Not enough information regarding each subscription level. Needs a lot of advancements. Customer service support is horrible. It is a mission to can get a hold of management.

Before I found OctopusCRM, my outreach program was quite time consuming, so I began to look for programs to automate the process. Came across Octopus through Google, and my pipeline has been booked :) The support team attended to my questions, and was easy to build a funnel. Can't thank these guys enough!

When exporting to CSV and importing the same, property fields are turning empty.

It needs lots of advancement. Most of those are common sense. Like, recurring invites/msg/endorse send out. Importing higher number of connections.Ability to msg group connections.

The response time was great and they answer questions right away

Incredible return with very little work on my part.

For Germany not quite optimal, because the salutation is missing.
In case of double names, the second name is always written in lower letters.
If a space is inserted, everything disappears behind the space.

There's many linkedin automation tools but octopus crm serve the purpose for connecting via automation

I can't recommend OctopusCRM enough. It made my work so much more productive and fun.
