Great after sales service
I bought two Connect 3 SD cards for my and my parents' Qashqais to update the sat nav. Both worked fine until mine suddenly wouldn't be recognised by the car. As it was only 3 months old I contacted OEM-Navigation who couldn't have been more helpful. Within 3 days I had a new card sent which is again working great.
I have recommended oem-navigation to my friend who has ordered an SD card for his Juke.
Very good service, highly recommended.

No instruction still confused?
No instruction at all so has it updated or not???? A short note telling you some simple steps would be much appreciated, don't always presume everyone is a savvy as yourselves. So still don't know if it was successful or not?
