I paid 65 $ never got my sneakers . It’s a fraud . Don’t order from them.

I ordered a pair of shoes that never arrived. Tried to contact the company but never could. I don't think this company exists and is a complete scam. Why doesn't someone shut this company's website down?

Ordered shoes. Said delivered to my house and never arrived. Tried unsuccessfully to get a resolution for at least two months and no response. I suggest never buy from this company.

Never buy from this site. They never shipped my order and said they did and I signed for it. I asked them to provide proof of my signature because I never signed for or received my order. Then ghosted me. Total scam website NEVER BUY FROM THOSE SITE!

I ordered a pair of Boston Birkenstocks and was charged $65.00. I never received my clogs, and the company does not respond to emails or phone calls. I began a debit dispute process with my credit union but to no avail. This company is completely fraudulent.

I placed an order for Hokas in 12/2024. They collected the payment immediately, but never shipped the item. Subsequent emails were ignored and the phone number no longer works. Total scam. Run when you see the name Oemete.

I ordered cloudmaster more than 20 days ago, I haven't received it. I lost $60 and I can't recover it. They say email delivered and then no contact. I didn't buy from this site.

Order cloudmaster waited a month with shipping update from a shipping company never heard of said delivered, never received anything. Lost $60 i can't recover email them they say delivered and then no contact. How can theses so called company can do business online stealing people's money......😡

What a joke, never received the Hokas I ordered. Showed it was delivered to my house. I've emailed and got no response. I'm out $119.92. Can find the bill on the credit card statement so I can dispute it.

This website is a scam, I ordered hokas and never received them , I emailed them multiple times to track my package never got a reply. This website is a scam, called my bank a I disputed the transaction and I am reporting the site to Google.

It was a scam 💯 I never got my product and I ordered in December

Ordered Rain Pants 01/18/25. I was aware that the shipping would be 4-6 weeks. I followed the tracking info and their odd site (Global Logistics Track Platform) said the package was delivered on 02/19/2025. No delivery. I attempted to email Oemete (one email was returned saying no such address, the second email went through) but yielded no response. I contacted Chase Credit Card and am expecting a refund.

Scam - never delivered product and customer service numbers/email address fake

This company Oemete is a complete scam. I ordered a pair of Brooks shoes for $59 and did not receive the shoes after 30+ days. The tracker showed they had been delivered, but they did not. My bank gave me a full refund, thank goodness. If you check them out, their warehouse is a building of some kind (looks like apartments ) and noone ever answers the phone. Do no order from these fraudsters.

I ordered merchandise from this company on January 10th 2025. I received a confirmation email, order number, and tracking number. I tried looking at the tracking using a link they provided which directed me to unfounded page. 😟 I responded to the email telling them the link didn't work and asked for an update on tracking. They responded the package was on its way with another shipping link. It was then I saw the package in China! 🫤 I remained optimistic but it is now February 20th 2025 and still no package. Ugh.....no response from customer service!!!!! Disputing charges with credit card company. Buyer beware!

Same as other reviews- sends what seems like legitimate "Tracking" info, but it's all a scam. My bank (Chase) immediately refunded my account when I gave details. Website shows Ohio, but charge is actually from China. China- shocking, I know :)
