Offcloud Avis

I purchased this service during their last Lifetime StackSocial sale in October 2025. Today in January 2026, they claim that a member of staff passed and they are changing everything where they are offering a maximum of 1 Year Premium to all members as compensation. So I paid for Lifetime 3 months back; service is still running (Lifetime of the service). And they converted it to 1 Year Premium?

I believe they could've provided an option for a refund or a longer Premium than 1 Year to recent Lifetime purchasers. Also the service is still running under the same name and business nature. Whether or not its a change of hands, it is still the clear that it is alive and well.

whatever you try it gets stuck at 0% downloading, no matter how long you wait. their support is nonexistent, you will never get any replies so the service is absolute scam!

This service is a complete scam. They sell "lifetime licenses" purely to take your money, as the advertised features do not work.

Non-Working Features: None of the advertised premium downloaders function. The only exception is the free MediaFire service; no other premium file host is supported.
False Advertising: You cannot download torrents, despite this being an advertised feature. You are forced to rely entirely on cached links.
Lack of Content: Most movies have no cached links available. The few that do typically have only one or two options.
Non-Existent Support: Customer support is completely non-existent. Tickets and contact requests are ignored.
Poor Reliability: Within my first week, the service was completely down for two days, displaying a 502 error.
In summary, this is a garbage service. The positive reviews are clearly fake and must be from the company itself.

Not useable, small cache, no support, is a lifetime license you can’t use really a lifetime license ?

The lifetime membership is a scam. It works for 1 year and after this time you are not able to download anything.

The support is answering in that year, after that year you get no response.

Initially, I was not that much sure of what to expect yet, Offcloud.com has really exceeded my expectations. The interface is basic and easy to use and I have not had any problems with uploading or sharing files. Being truthful, the negative reviews appear to be inaccurate- my experience has been an all time perfect one. Great job, Offcloud!

I've been using Offcloud.com for a few months now, and I'm thoroughly impressed with their service. The upload speeds are fast, and the customer support is responsive and helpful. I've had no issues with my files, and I'm glad I made the switch to Offcloud. Highly recommended!

Scam site. Every attempt to download something meets with an error message. The long list of file hosts are all marked as "Awaiting Demand", whatever that means. I tried to download one of the most popular torrents, which currently has more than 7000 seeders, but the site wouldn't even let me do that. The only thing that's working is the payment processor, which accepted my payment for a one-month subscription with breathtaking speed.

My request for a refund has thus far met with no response and, I'm sure, will continue to do so.

Don't be fooled by all the glowing multiple-star reviews, a slew of which will doubtless follow this one. They are all the work of Artificial Intelligence, not satisfied customers.

If you check the company's Twitter account, you'll find that it hasn't made a post in three years, which is probably how long Offcloud has been diddling its subscribers.

i purchased a month to see how it would go - a few days into my purchase and they shut down the two main streams I purchased it for. Haven't used it since. Raised a ticket, no offer to refund

Bisher hat kein einziger Link funktioniert. Bei jedem Link kommt die Fehlermeldung "Error ! The supported site is temporarily disabled...". Ohne Offcloud funktioniert es gut, aber langsam. Mit Offcloud funktioniert es nicht. Schade.

Its pricing plans are unbeatable, offering excellent value for money. I've saved significantly while enjoying top-notch cloud services. Highly recommended!

A lifetime plan is a scam. I am a regular user and can confidently say they limit access to downloading by slowing your downloads or by not letting you download at all. On their end they claim to have no issue but this isn't a fact. Even if you paste a direct HTTP link it won't work if you're a lifetime user and have restrictions on your account which they apparently do with lifetime accounts.

I love how Offcloud simplifies my workflow. With their instant downloads, I can access files quickly. The cloud backup keeps my data safe, and the remote upload is so convenient. Their API, tools, and support are top-notch.

Beware!!! Most of the "positive" reviews look A.I. generated.

horrible service

do not buy it , it doesn't work and they will steal your money. all these good reviews are fake beaware

I was dealing with a huge problem related to downloading significant files. But now I can easily download it without any stress. Amazing!
