Shoddy shoddy shoddy
Following on from my earlier review, I have still not been refunded for the faulty chairs which remain in my office. I think this company is fine when things are fine but when things go wrong they do not want to know. I would save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to obtain your goods from. Here is my reference just in case you claim to know nothing about me when you respond:

We’ve reviewed your case again, including the video you kindly provided, and we can confirm that the chair recline looks to be working well. They are designed to recline like that. As outlined on the product this model locks in the upright position only.
A return isn’t possible as the chairs have been assembled, however we are absolutely prepared to fix any issues or faults if you can tell us what those are.

Superb value for money office chair
Superb value for money and comfortable office chair. Delivery was extremely quick and efficient with timely notifications. The top of the box was fully opened on delivery so was unsure if anything was missing. There wasn't. Perhaps DPD would like to know this.

Fntastic leather office chair- for a great price.
I have bought from office boffins as far as I am concerned a fabulous computer chair ( that they call prodigy leather office visitor chair ) anyway I love it - its nice and firm - a liitle higher that my last chair so I can now look down on to the keyboard of my computer ( great ) which makes life easier for me , it was dilivered within 24 hours - on time - free delivery - so what's not to love ( as they say ) so if you are looking for a new office/computer chair -then look no further this is the company you want if my experience is anything to go by - 10 out of 10 is what I award the company " Office Boffins " regards Dennis Kingston.

Seamless ordering
Very easy to find what I needed and ordering was simple. Delivery was super quick and the chairs were even easier to put together. I got the Ergo 3-Lever Mesh Back operator chairs with adjustable arms and they're great and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Chair not what is pictured on website
Update 10/11/25 - I've yet to receive the email regarding return
Edit: order number 7450881
I ordered an desk chair. When I assembled it and tried the chair, there was a big protruding lumbar 'bump' which was not apparent from the photos on the website. I contacted Office Boffins to request a return on the basis that the item was not as described.
The want me to pay £30 plus VAT to return it.
I explained my rights under UK Consumer Law.
They have not replied.
Office Boffins, I gave you 7 days to sort this out. If it's not resolved satisfactorily by 5pm Wednesday5 November, I will initiate a card chargeback.

Sat here very happy.
I ordered my AIRF001 yesterday afternoon. It was delivered today before 14:00. I unpacked it and laid out the parts, no tools needed, as there are only 10 screws that needed fitting, and an Allen key is provided for the screws.
The total assembly time was 17 minutes, easy peasy.
I am now sitting in my chair, typing this review. The chair is extra wide, the seat slides back and forth independently of the backrest, which also slides up and down on a ratchet system.
The backrest also has a hand-operated air pump for totally adjustable lumbar support and comfort.
Armrests are fully adjustable up, down, in - out facing, plus back and forth.
Basically, I am very impressed not only with the service provided, but the chair feels fantastic.
I am a very happy Bunny.
Note: This is an office chair, not a gamer's chair.

This company is ridiculous
This company is ridiculous! Firstly, they do not describe the items on their website so you don’t know what you Ordering.
When the item arrived and I’ve noticed that is a plastic coat stand I called them to make a return. It took them 10 days to come back to me and after many follow ups from my side they informed me that to return the item I will be charged £30 for collection and another £30 for repackaging. The total cost of the item I bought was £120. I had to keep the item even though it looks so ugly and it will probably break in no time.
If I could give 0 I would!

Nice chair - difficult to assemble
The chair price quality and delivery were ok but the assembly was a nightmare. Bought for my granddaughter who had no hope of assembling - took two pair of hands and a lot of effort.

good experience online order office chair
Ordered an office chair - I couldn't change the delivery date on the online form so placed the order and immediately called customer service.
They were able to immediately switch day of delivery without hassle and sent email confirmation.
Delivery driver followed instructions and gave me a ring when I didn't answer the bell (which had apparently broken -no fault of driver) rather than driving off or abandoning it in the garden.
