Order placed April 19, no shipment, no service, no communication
I placed an order for two items on April 19, 2022. I have still not received them and Officekeys.ca does not respond to inquiries either by email or by phone. Here is my last correspondence with them. DO NOT order from them, they have contempt for 'small' orders.
"We have received your request has been received on April 30, 2022 6:26 AM and is being reviewed by our support staff.
We try to reply to support requests within approximately 48 hours.

It would be courteous to tell me if this item is backordered and when you
expect to receive it. Since I need it badly I have been forced to order the
same item from Amazon.ca, which I was trying to avoid.
I am getting better service. They have already informed me that the item is
in stock and the delivery window is very soon.
I wanted to buy local, but you are one of the reasons why amazon.ca
is still in business.
I am extremely disappointed with the cavalier treatment I have received
regardin this order. You could have replied to my earlier email.
Thank you and no thanks, I won't be doing business with you any more,
especially since you don't give refunds. I am writing this off as a bad
decision and a business loss."
Do not order from them.
