Always sends me damaged products for Avery Cards, items 8315 and 8316. Boxes are damaged and so are the cards edges inside. They will replace when I send a return request. Shipping is fast. Customer service is polite when I call. They do offer refund or replacement.

My first experience with this site was great. Purchasing was as easy as any website, my items shipped very quickly, and were packaged very well. Would buy from this site again.

WORST online shopping experience in a long time. I do a lot of online shopping and have never had as many issues as I have with this company. I will never buy from them again.

Due to their ridiculous amount of security checks on my credit card, they officially ruined a Christmas gift for a family member. Surprise surprise, I was legit but now my family member knows her xmas gift.

Ordered items from Office Supply and UPS delivered to wrong address, never to be received. Stacy from customer service was very helpful and reordered lost items for me free of charge. I received them within a week. Outstanding customer service.

I ordered some of the cleaning product that’s discontinued and they still carry them at a best price plus free shipping over $45. I’m very happy with my purchased and got the items very very fast!!!

Ordered from amazon first and it was over two weeks for my office chair to be delivered. I had to contact the third party and they told me it was back ordered. Ordered the same item on officesupply and it was delivered in 3 days.... amazing service

I was concerned about the order I placed after reading so many negative reviews online. But my adjustable workstation was delivered in less than 2 days! While the shipping box had some damage from either the warehouse or the shipping, the product was new and in prefect condition. I am very please with the price and condition of the item, the good email communication, and the fast delivery.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. I ordered an office chair from this site and it was delivered to me in under 24 hours. It cost less than half of what Office Depot was charging. $329.99 at Office Depot and it was $129.99 from OfficeSupply.com. It honestly got to me so fast, I thought it was another package for a different order I placed. Nope, it was the chair. Really good! Box is in perfect condition and it has never been opened or dropped or anything. Looks like it just came out of the factory.

Officesupply.com We shopped for the first time on March 18. A few hours AFTER our order was canceled before it was shipped. We learned that there was an issue with the validation. Although we are a company with LEGAL TAX NUMBER IN THE USA and we are sellers in many marketplaces (Amazon, Wallmart, Ebay etc) and we have sent all our legal company documents, we did not pass the verification. WE HAVE PAYED THE FEE OF THE PRODUCT FROM THE BEGINNING.

THE FRAUD STARTED HERE. Although the product we purchased was canceled without being shipped, our money was not returned to our account. Our e-mails we sent with this subject were not returned in any way.

We strongly do not recommend Officesupply.com if you do not want to be scammed.

I recently ordered an office chair from officesupply.com and within 3 days they dropped the price by 25% and sent me another reduced price offer for the same item. When I called their customer service to ask for a price adjustment to my original order, they said that my order was more than 7 days old (it was 10 days to be exact) and they couldn't adjust the price due to their "7-day policy". That is the absolute worst excuse from customer service anywhere. They sent me the reduced price offer exactly after the adjustment window had expired. I've purchased thousands of products online but I've never experienced this type of treatment. Looking at their reviews, I'm not surprised. This was my first purchase experience with officesupply.com, and now I'm regretting it. BEWARE!! They will trick you with clever discounts and lure you into buying more which seems like bait and switch. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! There are far better options out there.

These people indicated the office furniture was from Office Depot. They charged me $240 shipping, whereas Office Deport does not charge a shipping fee. I was told it comes from their warehouse and shipping fees apply. They also said they could not deliver by UPS because oversized item. No mention of FedX. I ordered 5 items and was charged oversized shipping on all. These items are in boxes to be assembled. Also I was told they were members of the Better Business Bureau. BBB states they are not. Beware this company is hard to deal with and misrepresents the facts.

They had what I needed. I got my order three days earlier than I expected. Good Service!

This company is terrible, I have spoken to multiple representatives and even supervisors regarding my order. My order was delayed three times, I called and asked why and no one could give me a straight forward answer. When I asked to cancel my order they asked for another chance to deliver the desk, I said absolutely not you've had three chances. The supervisor said the reason they could not deliver my item was because they needed a 24 foot truck, my item is 72" X 36", and that is when it's assembled. After dealing with customer service they were unable to provide me with the number I was able to cancel my order with. I was told to call Office Depot, they were unaware of this company and do not have a connection to them. I will never again order anything from this company and it is only because of how terrible of an experience I have had with their shipping company.
