Yes, great scooters, but abysmal customer service. It’s like chatting to a bot. I have an S1 Pro. It needs a new battery. Simple!! Customer service sent me incorrect replacement details and then went quiet. Reviews here only dwell on the actual scooters and not on customer support. Two very different items!

good at first. But a few days ago i was riding the scooter and it lost absolute control by it self and it wouldn’t brake. Never again and there denying a refund. Don’t buy from here if you’re looking too. Still waiting for the refund.. also forgot to mention all the injuries i had from it.
