I need an ESA letter for November, but I thought I'd get the process started early because I assumed it would be a long wait. It was not! They called me the same day and helped me check resources to make sure I wasn't wasting my time or money. I ended up needing the ESA and not the PSD which I thought I did and they refunded me the difference right away. This process was super easy and is a huge weight lifted. Would 1000% recommend.

I love official pets! My experience could not have been more smooth. I got a call back promptly where everything was explained to me. My therpist Theresa was excellent, a great listener and extremely kind. All of my questions were answered and my letter for my emotional support cat was given right away. Getting my ESA letter for my animal Nala was a stressful process—not because of Official Pets, but due to some issues on my apartment’s approval side.
