This was a nightmare experience they stole money from my account they refused the respond to any of my emails. They filed unnecessary court dates for me to appear without my knowledge. If they didnt to all of that all i had to do was pay my ticket and i was done. They made everything 100 times Worse. Please just pay your ticket, you dont need OTR..

This is my second time using Off The Record to get a ticket dismissed. They make the process super easy. I highly recommend.

Hired Off The Record to fight a reckless driving charge and a speeding charge. After a year the charges were never filed so they were dismissed. Off The Record offers no refund for my case even though the lawyer never provided any services other than monitoring for the charges to be filed. $1200 wasted.

I had a speeding ticket going over 24 mph the speed limit and they were able to get it down to 0 points just 5 mi over the speed limit which is no points great job I highly recommend them

These guys are scamming by taking more money from you. At the end, you pay more than the actual Violation Fine. My Initial fine was $480 something. I paid $220 to Off the Record considering their Money back guarantee if the Case if not dismissed. My case says resolved and I have to pay more Fine than I had to pay initially, plus I paid $220 to Off the Record. Now when I am asking the refund, they are referring me to their policies. Please don't waste your money with them.

I used Off The Record expecting meaningful results, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. On four separate occasions, the attorneys assigned to my cases failed to achieve any reduction in fines, reduction in charges, or dismissal of the violations.

What’s even more frustrating is that despite these outcomes, I did not receive any full or partial refund. Based on how the service is marketed, I expected a higher level of effectiveness or at least some accountability when results aren’t delivered.

If I could rate this company at a zero I would. I paid the fee for a traffic violation and was sent to Brandon Cline law firm. The attorney said he put in a paper plea for my daughter and that she was excused from court. We found out the night before court through a friend that she had to appear since she is under 21. She checked with the attorney yesterday and he again said she did not need to appear. She appeared in court today anyway representing herself and asked if a paper plea had been submitted and it had not. If she had not taken it upon herself to go and see then she would be in severe trouble. Do NOT use this company!

I really didn't expect it is possible. I got a big overspeed and double lane crossing violation and your lawyer made me a big surprise to solve the problem. The case was dismissed. I really appreciate your help.
