Very rubbish experience this stupid company things it’ll be a good idea to tell me , to pay for something someone bought on my clear pay, without my consent and think me as a victim or fraud should just deal with it , I’ll be reporting you guys to the financial ombudsman service , and the FCA.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration in what is clearly an unusual situation.
Payment for your order was made through Clearpay, and during their review you confirmed that the order was placed and collected by someone known to you. As a result, Clearpay advised that this is considered a civil matter between yourself and the individual who accessed your account.
Clearpay also confirmed that they are unable to process a refund in these circumstances and recommended that the matter be reported to Action Fraud or your local police if the account was accessed without your permission.
We always aim to help where possible, but on this occasion we are following the guidance provided by Clearpay.

This was my first time using this company and they delivered my order within the time frame, unfortunately I had to send back my product as it didn’t fit. They handled my order perfectly and my refund was back in my account within a few days. Very professional and will use them in the future

Good customer care
Unfortunately, I had to return the trainers as they weren’t the right fit. However, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be shopping with them again.

Could do better…
My asics gel Kayano 14 arrived very quickly. That’s the end of the good part. The shoe had clearly been worn. The Asics tag had been cut off, the laces were done up and no cardboard inside the shoes. I bought these as they were stated as new. Customer service tried to tell me they are new and the tag may have fallen off. Impossible - it’s plastic which needs cut off. To be fair they offered me a full refund but I was content with the trainers and to save me sending them back and then getting a new pair sent back (carbon footprint and all that), I simply asked for a reasonable discount. They just again insisted the trainers were new and if I wasn’t happy just send them back. Would have expected a bit more from this company considering the good reviews. They have lost a future customer in me.

Whilst we understand your frustration regarding the missing tag and packaging, there can occasionally be instances where original packaging is disturbed during handling or quality checks. This does not mean the item has been previously worn. That said, we appreciate how this may have appeared and why it caused you concern.
As advised, we did offer a full refund to resolve the matter promptly and while we understand you would have preferred a partial refund, this is not something we are able to offer in this situation.
