Mainly a very positive experience, thank you.
We are delighted with our new tank, the folk at the sales/after sales office were very friendly, helpful and efficient and the delivery driver too. The only thing that could have been improved was communication from the supplier direct.

So the tank is great the delivery service is not over 7 days for delivery not really good enough as my tank was split and leaking and as it was advertised on website I would of thought it was in stock when I rang I was told it would be a week from manufacturers , so not even held in stock , on a good note price and quality were great hence only 4 stars

Thanks for the honest feedback, Nigel.
We’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the tank’s quality and price. That said, we completely understand your frustration with the delivery time, especially given you were dealing with a leaking tank and needed a quick replacement. While some products ship directly from the manufacturer to keep prices competitive, we appreciate this isn’t always ideal in urgent situations, and we’re working to improve stock availability and clearer lead time expectations.
Thanks again for your patience and for choosing us.

Thank you for your feedback, Liz, and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience caused with your first delivery attempt. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait in all day. While we’re glad the second delivery went smoothly, we’ll be reviewing this with our delivery partners to make sure clearer communication is made in future, especially when contact details are provided. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention and thank you for giving us the chance to put it right.

so the website is great
so the website is great, offers delivery within a week which is also great. but the communication from them is poor. I ordered a tank to replace mine. no problem found the one I wanted and placed order. got the usual emails confirming everything thought ok, oh and the price was good as well. Then I got an email to say my tank was not going to be available for around 4 weeks not good as i had work planned in. yes they did offer alternatives but none were suitable. I sent a few emails asking for updates on my order but they either were slow to respond or just didnt. The tank did arrive totally out of the blue which is good but sorry guys you need to work on your customer service.
