In the heart of Bath sits our gorgeous Georgian-fronted townhouse store, complete with the honey-coloured stone typical of the city. Right in the centre of things, on the bustling Milsom high street, it’s surrounded by popular interiors, fashion and gift shops, as well as independent cafes, and is a short walk from the pleasure gardens and historic homes of famed authors, architects and thinkers such as Jane Austen and Beau Nash. Previously home to Parkhouse and Co. Oriental Goods Depot, purveyors of “fancy goods”, our building was carefully chosen to showcase our seasonal looks , curated by our talented visual team to help you imagine what our pieces might look like in your home.

A great shopping experience
All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Amelia and Natasha were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble when considering how furnishings worked together. They gave as much time as I needed but they do not push you to buy. It is a very nice shopping experience.

Superb service at OKA Store in Bath
We visited the Oka Bath Store yesterday and were helped by Linda, who was just superb. The side table we wish to purchase is no longer available to order and Linda took the time and trouble not only to establish which other Oka stores could possibly have it in stock but wrote down their addresses and telephone njumbers for us. I was helped by a member of staff to…
I was helped by a member of staff to find a lamp shade for a lamp I owned already. She was so helpful and kind. I think she showed me most of the shades in Oka and explained about shade heights and proportions. I took the first choice back on day two as it didn't work for me as well as I’d hoped but she persevered and I’m very happy with the final choice! I also ended up buying a second lamp and shade in the sale so I’m very happy. What a lovely experience. Thank you Bath! I know I’m not allowed to mention the salesperson’s name but anyone visiting the Bath store will soon work it out!

Natasha and Alex were incredibly helpful and informative. Photo' and measurements were sent which meant we could order direct from Devon without having to travel to Bath. The table arrived within five days of our order and we are delighted with it.

Positive shopping experience at Oka
After consulting staff in Bath , we quickly decided on purchasing 3 beautiful pendant lights for a newly renovated hallway.
Delivered within 5 days and now proudly installed .
