In the heart of Bath sits our gorgeous Georgian-fronted townhouse store, complete with the honey-coloured stone typical of the city. Right in the centre of things, on the bustling Milsom high street, it’s surrounded by popular interiors, fashion and gift shops, as well as independent cafes, and is a short walk from the pleasure gardens and historic homes of famed authors, architects and thinkers such as Jane Austen and Beau Nash. Previously home to Parkhouse and Co. Oriental Goods Depot, purveyors of “fancy goods”, our building was carefully chosen to showcase our seasonal looks , curated by our talented visual team to help you imagine what our pieces might look like in your home.

The whole team at Oka, Bath are so helpful. Not only on advising furniture choices, but also if things go wrong. I had a recent delivery challenge with an arm chair and Natasha, Alex and Tom couldn’t have been more helpful. They put customer first, and ensured that I had a chair ready to take home, in time for my guests to arrive. They saved the day. And ensured I am now a very loyal customer. Thank you for your superb customer service. It exceeded my expectations.

Very helpful staff made an enjoyable shopping experience

Great service from your shop in Bath
Great service from your shop in Bath. I bought some beautiful linen cushion covers which are perfect on my sofa. I’d really like to buy some matching fabric to make a blind but can’t find it anywhere. It’s Chadhana in warm red/dark seafoam. Could someone let me know if it’s available by the metre.

Extremely helpful staff. The Bath staff really listened to what I was looking for and then made really good suggestions and showed many other options that were available. But no hard sell. Great experience.

Called into the Oka store in Bath for a look and browse at new items. Absolutely impressed by a member of staff, Linda. She was amazing with her tips for the artificial flowers and suggestions on what to put together for an autumnal display. I think you should give this lady the opportunity to make videos for the store! She is a natural, and really knowledgeable. When people are given too many choices we end up not buying anything because you can’t make your mind up. Have Linda talk to you for a few minutes and listening to her suggestions takes away all that indecision. I will definitely be coming back to listen to her suggestions.

We had such a positive experience at Oka Bath and a huge part of that is down to Linda. Linda has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. She has a real eye for attention to detail and is a real credit to the store. We keep coming back because we know Linda will help us.

I had trouble with an online order and…
I had trouble with an online order and had changed my mind with what to purchase . However , adding to my order meant I’d just missed out on the extra discount allocated for the bank holiday weekend . I spoke initially with Natasha and then Alex ( who followed up the replacement order ) and they both couldn’t have been more helpful . The extra discount was applied , and this encouraged me to purchase another product , so it was a win - win situation! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying online as their customer support is stupendous . You actually get to speak with someone who listens and sorts effectively! The products are always exceptional quality too .
