No one in the outlet store informed us if the no return policy, and now we have a rug that's too large and nowhere to put it. Very, very, bad. It isn't fit for purpose so you ought to have accepted the return and reimbursed us.

We can advise that as Bicester is an outlet store, purchases are not covered by our normal returns process as they are sold as seen and non-refundable. This is mentioned on our returns page on our website, as well as on the copy of your receipt. There is also signage up in-store.

We had gone to Bicester Village looking for Oka by mistake. Oka is actually a mile up the road next to the David Lloyd Centre. Emma O was extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing a lampshade, going out of her way to model the shade in different lamp bases.

It’s a major WRONG and DiSAPPIONTMENT
It’s a major WRONG and DiSAPPIONTMENT. Why there isn’t a proper protection of wrapping of the displayed cupboard at all ? ! My deliver man said OKA didn’t provide wrapping and asked him to deliver to my house . The glasses door open easily during the delivery and he only used his method to protect it. It’s absolutely not professional . Although it s from Bicester Outlet , Oka has not responsible for delivery. But they recommend the delivery service and Oka should wrap it carefully and handover to the man with a van . Poorly handled at all ! I’m so shocked

Having investigated this with our Bicester Outlet, they have advised that the delivery courier used multiple blankets to wrap your cabinet and OKA tape was then used, over the blankets, to secure the cabinet doors. The cabinet was also securely strapped into the van.
We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and please do not hesitate to contact either our customer service team, or Bicester Outlet directly, should you require any further assistance.

We loved this store
We loved this store. Aaron, the manager and the team were all so friendly and super helpful. We found a coat stand at half the price we’d seen online, a beautiful canvas and stunning dining table at less than a third in price! If this store was nearer home I’d be in all time. Thank you for all your help everyone.

Beutiful quality chairs, outstanding service.
Refreshing, that Oka has shops to physically see products. We contacted the shop to insure the chairs we liked iwere in stock. Arron, (Assistant Manager/Bicester was brilliant, sending photos and answered initial queries. Not close, but felt it was worth travelling. We were greeted by Arron who was friendly, professional and very helpful. delighted with to purchase the chairs. The quality , stylish chairs not only look amazing but are comfortable. Planned to purchase 4 but bought 6 there was no pressure just wonderful service from start to finish. Oka, we're excellent, Arran being outstanding and we are delighted with our new chairs. The service we received was outstanding
and Arron a credit to the company. Will look at this shop for future purchases.

wow, wow, wow. To say I’m elated with what I purchased is an understatement. The staff Emma , Lucy and Finley went above and beyond to accommodate me. I purchased a rug lamps shades a throw and cushion covers all of which I love. OKA for me is the way to go when furnishing /dressing rooms. The quality colours etc just have that edge. All very classic with a contemporary twist. I cannot thank the staff enough. Don’t hesitate in visiting it’s well worth it. You get the savings which helps enormously but you’re in a showroom that exhibits beautifully and it gets your interior eye working overtime with exactly the outcome you envisage.

Staff appreciation for OKA outlet at Bicester!
Visited the OKA outlet at Bicester today, fantastic experience. Lots of lovely stock and the store assistants were beyond helpful. Both Emma and Aaran went above and beyond and whilst I asked a million questions and wanted to look at everything, they were very attentive and nothing too much trouble, service you come to expect, and associate, with OKA…I couldn’t help but make a few purchases and I will no doubt be returning whenever I’m in the area.
