Great products, questionable delivery fees
The product is great, however you should not have to pay a £30 delivery fee for the store to restock an Item.
We ordered the item (2 framed pictures) in store. The store did not have stock, and therefore charged a £30 delivery fee to bring the item into store (or deliver to home). I can understand paying for home delivery, but should not have to pay to collect an item from a store.

OKA staff are knowledgeable, approachable and extremely helpful both in terms of their own product, but also with regard to interior design and home styling. A visit to store is like a home from home experience.
Ordering is easy. Communication regarding delivery exceptional and the home delivery team charmingly efficient.

Outstanding service
Without a doubt, when we visited Oka in Harrogate,last weekend, the one thing that made our experience so amazing, was Sam. She couldn’t have done anymore to help us. She took the time to find out what we were looking for and was genuinely keen to make sure we were able to look at all options and combinations, coming up with ideas that we hadn’t even considered. She then went on to continue looking for pieces that she thought might work for us and contacted us a few days later. I can honestly say, it’s the best service we have experienced in a store, for many years and it’s so refreshing to find it actually still exists! Thanks again Sam and we look forward to our next visit.
