In the historic town of Knutsford, what was once the Conservative Club is now the impressive home to our beautiful OKA store. Not far from Tatton Park Gardens and Lyme Park – used in the filming of BBC literary dramas – the striking red-brick building provides a stunning backdrop for two floors of our furniture and accessories. High ceilings and traditional mouldings showcase our designs in the best possible setting with the pieces being displayed in seasonal room sets by our talented visual team.

Exceptional service from Amanda
I had a very good experience shopping at OKA in Knutsford, and wanted to particularly mention Amanda, who was absolutely fantastic. She really went the extra mile to help me choose soft furnishings for my home and spent so much time with me, offering some brilliant suggestions and ideas.
Amanda was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything — it was simply excellent, genuine customer service.
I absolutely love OKA and the beautiful products they have, but service like this makes the whole experience even more special. Thank you, Amanda!

Very pleased with everything I purchased . I found this a great help because it’s hard to pick on line when you’re not viewing the items in store.

Always a pleasure to shop at OKA Knutsford
It’s always a pleasure to shop in Oka Knutsford. It’s such a beautiful shop and everywhere is so immaculate and well presented. On this occasion we were looking for ornaments and Amanda was there to help us (she previously helped us in August to order a dining table).
She is so friendly and professional, she checked everything before wrapping the pieces and she’s very efficient.

I recently returned a faulty product to…
I recently returned a faulty product to the Knutsford store and Davina kindly offered to exchange the item for a store display unit. On the day, a number of the girls helped to manoeuvre a very large mirror into our car. We wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. You don’t get service like this online anymore so it’s a pleasure to shop the old fashioned way and go into the store and be greeted by staff wanting to help!
