The service was excellent
The service was excellent. The ladies were friendly and very helpful. We came home with some lovely soft furnishings and were interested in other items in the shop. We will definitely be back soon.

FABULOUS SERVICE FROM MARLOW STORE
The mirror I wanted to purchase had sold out online but the Marlow store was showing as having one. They were so helpful on the phone and as I couldn’t get there for a couple of days said they would contact me if anyone else was interested. They also had to find out if I could purchase it and take it with me as would upset their display. They phoned me on morning of day I was going to the store to confirm they had it off display and I could take it. They even helped me get it into the car. Great service.

Hydrangeas
I visited the shop to purchase a couple of hydrangeas flower stems for a display. Nice pleasant experience in the Marlow shop, the staff are always great. 4 stars due to the high price of OKAs flower stems and previous similar stems purchased a couple of years ago included leaves, not just the flower head.
