This is a scam ! I order 2 pair jeans they are not Judy blues . Quality is poor and they were sewed crooked on 1 leg. To get refund you have to mail back to China $48.00 I paid $80.00 for jeans. They did offer 10% refund and I keep sorry jeans .never again.Please don’t order from them.

why can't we give a zero stars rating. This is a scam, like the rest of the reviewers reported, the jeans took forever to get here, two different sizes, awful quality, NOT the same jeans that were advertised. and then YES they offered a 10% refund in leu of returning the jeans??? the classic bait and switch. I am so made at myself for being suckered, and absolutely helpless. absolute scam.

This is a complete scam! They are located in China although the return label on the packaging is from Rhode Island. You actually have to pay the shipping fee back to China to return the jeans. The jeans themselves are of extremely poor quality. I am in the process of working with my state to report this company as poorly representing the jeans as well as their location.

I wish I had done my research on this company. Total scam from China. The jeans are not as advertised. The customer service is horrible.

The jeans received were not the brand advertised.. there were no labels or tags, no brand. A low quality denim. Did fit well.

I have been scammed before from a China co and lost money. I do not knownwhy I let it happen again. Is there anything that can be done by BBB OR our credit cards. Can we dispute the charges??

Ordered what I thought from the add were Judy Blue mid rise jeans. When they finally arrived, not one label said Judy Blue. They were NOT mid rise and ordered 2 pair of same but different colors. Well they definitely were not the same size.. one pair is WAY smaller than the other with the same label inside. (XL)

I contacted the seller and was only offered a 10% refund since the return cost would be incredibly expensive. What a joke! Paid $80 and got back $8…

Did not receive what I ordered!! No one to speak to about returning this item!
SCAMMERS!

After placing my order I never got an update until I reached out to them after not receiving any update three weeks later. When I finally received the order it was not what I ordered. The jeans are paper thin and I ordered the same size for all four pairs and they are not even close to the same sizes. 2 pairs are made for a 10 year old and I’m a grown woman. They say you can only return in the original packaging and all tags must still be attached only they don’t come with any tags attached to begin with. It’s a total scam, they come from china with no real tags on the jeans themselves. They look nothing like the online photos when ordering.

Don’t buy from these scammers!!!! Waited a month for the jeans, when they arrived they are not what was advertised and are garbage that smells to high heaven. Can’t speak to anyone to do a return. Scumbags!!!!!

Wish I saw these reviews before I purchased!!!! Everything they say is true!!! They use stolen ADs to sell there products!!! DONT buy from them you've been warned 🤷‍♀️ I have pictures to prove it all. Date of purchase was 9-26-24 I'm still doing emails with them!!

This company is an absolute SCAM!!!! Do not order from them. The jeans they sent are garbage. I will just have to chalk it up to bad decision. Definitely not Judy Blue jeans.

No choice for 0 stars. They suck. The jeans were not what was shown on the IG add. They arrived promptly, but when i tried to return them it took forwver for a response and the return process was bogus. Take a picture, original packaging and a bunch of back and forth email discussion. I reiterate, they suck. They offered a 10% refund if I wanted to keep the jeans. My other choice was to ship them to China. I am going to donate them and open a dispute with the credit card company.

Scam!! Do not order from this company. Jeans were not at all what was advertised. Were not even the same jeans. VERY cheaply made and not worth the plastic packaging they came in.

This company is a FRAUD!!! They do not answer emails, I requested a return and sent 3 emails with no response. The qualify is not as described and they smelt like horse manure. They have zero reviews on their website, the 24hr chat they claim they have NEVER works, and there is no phone number. They are not selling Judy blues. I’ll be filing a BBB Complaint.

Usually do not buy from online companies but seemed legit after research. Bad decision, the jeans had no tummy control, bad coloring and looked very cheap. Nothing as shown online. Contacted Okhall and took 2 weeks to respond, offered 10% refund and would not honor return policy. Now I am stuck with worthless clothes, very disappointed and would NOT buy from this company unless you can afford to throw manage in the garbage.

Scam. Scam.. do not order from this sight. I usually do al ot of research and everything on this sight seemed legit. I should have looked at outside reviews!!!! These jeans are not worth a penny, they are horrible quality, NO STRETCH, poor seams, and clearly made in a sweatshop. When attempting to get refund as the website promises 100% due to quality they offfered 10% then told me if I want a full refund I have to pay shipping to CHINA and I might get a refund!!!

I’m so mad at myself! I am usually so careful when making a purchase and research first but I didn’t. Like all the other reviews these jeans are not what is advertised and are a cheap, poor quality product from China. Don’t be fooled!!

I give this store ZERO stars ! Please do not order from this company. What I ordered was not at all what I received. I ended up with a cheap pair of jeans that are not worth anywhere near the price I paid. I was offered a very small refund, or I could pay for shipping to China. That would cost more than what I paid. This company is a fraudulent scammer who now doesn't respond to emails.

They missed an item when shipping my order. Item that did come was cheap and ugly. Walmart has better quality. China company and took forever to get my order. They would not reply back when I asked for a refund for missing item. Do not recommend at all!
