Amazing customer service. My items were lost on the mail and unlike most businesses ( big or small) , the amazing gals on the team, were there, hands on, trying to help with anything they could do.when USPS ,was unable to locate the package, I was so sweetly offered a full refund, but took the store credit instead and ordered from them, the one & only Olive and Piper, again.Will continue to get my baubles from this beautiful business

I made my first order and loved the products so much that I decided to order my wedding jewelry from them as well. I reached out as my welcome code had expired and within a day, they had responded with a very nice email and a new code. The personal touches this company does is great - I loved the welcome email showcasing their furry mascot! Will absolutely be shopping here again in the future.

I love Olive & Piper. First of all, they're Canadian, so I shop in Canadian fees and there are never any concerns about extra charges or duties. This is the second purchase I've made from their site and what you see is truly what you get - the items are exactly as they appear. The wear well and they're different enough to catch your eye and have someone say, "ooooooh - where did you get that!".

I ordered my wedding jewelry from O&P and was very satisfied with what I got. Beautiful earrings and bracelet look exactly what they are on pictures. Shipping was fast and I received my order pretty quickly. Packaging was good. Looking to get some more from them :)

I have been shopping Olive & Piper for years. They create beautiful and unique pieces that keep me coming back to see what's new. They are Canada based and I live in Texas and have never had any issues with shipping. I recently had a problem with an order and they were quick to respond and ship me a replacement, adding outstanding customer service to my experience with them. I have only good things to say about O&P! I'm happy to support their business.

I received a piece that I had purchased for a special occasion, that was missing some stones. I emailed and received a response within 12 hours, as well as confirmation of a new item being shipped my way in replacement - at no cost to me.

I purchased the most stunning earrings for my wedding from here, as well as a pair of earrings for all of my bridesmaids and a special thank you bracelet for my mom and MIL. All of the Jewelry was stunning and high quality! Everyone was so happy!!

Unfortunately stone fell out of my moms bracelet but with an easy email to the team at Olive and Piper, their customer service was quick to offer store credit and support to replace the bracelet. 15/10 experience and products!

I found about the store about 6 months ago, and fell in love. I'm using at least one of their pieces at my wedding in October. I answered an email notifying about new launches and was so surprised to get a sweet not from Donna, congratulating me on my engagement. She felt like a friend, and this is a true customer relations. O&P is one of the ONLY places I shop for affordable, high-quality jewellery. They always fix any mistakes, they listen to suggestions for new designs, and they always add a personal touch to their correspondence.

The only issue I've ever had, is one time (out of MANY times) they sent me the wrong pair of earrings. They immediately sent out the correct pair, and I got to KEEP the ones they sent me by accident - even though they were worth more than the ones I ordered! Goodbye anxiety - no worries about ordering from O&P ever!

Olive & Piper was my initial go to for my wedding jewelry and is now my go to for every event and everyday! The after care customer service team is top notch as I had a slight issue with a piece and they made it right no questions asked. The jewelry is beautiful and very well made and for someone with sensitive ears, I can easily wear all day! 10/10!!
