Oliver Roberts Jewellery Avis

Always a pleasure to deal with

Ollie is very knowledgeable and professional, with a great understanding of the precious metals industry as a whole.

Oliver is my go-to for technical work and bullion. He’s reliable, delivers on time, and the items are always well made, finished to a high standard and carefully packed. He’s also happy to offer advice and give an honest opinion on what you need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Very happy with my engraved silver Lego brick. Excellent customer service and a perfect gift for my husband for our Silver anniversary. The hand written note from Ollie was a very thought full addition

Ollie was absolutely brilliant with helping me sort out a present for my daughter. We wanted to make a coin into a necklace and he was so helpful in soldering on a jump ring to allow us to do this.
He was fantastic in keeping me informed of postage and the necklace was beautifully packed with quick delivery.
The silver coin was absolutely lovely, great craftsmanship and a usual present for a history lover. I would definitely recommend Ollie 100%.

What an awesome experience this has been! Fantastic communication - even though Oliver was on holidays in a different European country AND I was messaging from Australia!!

The silver building blocks are very much like Lego! Beautifully finished; polished to perfection and fit together so well.

Postage was super fast and all arrived in perfect condition.

Thank you soooo much for this wonderful idea; a perfect present for my Lego-Obsessed Husband to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary.

I had the pleasure recently of making another purchase from Ollie and was, as always completly satisfied with the product. 1st class !!!!

Beautiful product , with presentation box . Arrived earlier than expected.

Purchased a stunning 18ct gold plated bee pendant. It came presented in a lovely vintage gift box. Fast delivery too! I’ll be back 🐝

I recently ordered a necklace and accidentally chose the wrong chain length. I don't usually contact customer support, but I'm so glad I did here.

The pendant is absolutely exquisite and arrived much sooner than expected. Oliver made exchanging the chain incredibly easy and seamless, providing fantastic customer service throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this site again.
