It's a scam. Unfortunately, the return is in China which would be costly. I should have done my research before I purchased this POC! Don't buy this ring. It's a waist of money.

Would give zero if I could, had an allergic reaction to it despite being advertised as hypoallergenic.

The company were evasive of the questions regarding materials used to make the ring, and then expected me to pay for the return when the ring was not as advertised. Stay away !

Never received my ring. It went missing in the post. Company will not offer me a refund but instead expect me to chase THEIR courier. Disgusting company

I accidently placed an order of this olux ring, my discount code of 40% did not even apply while I ordered. I'm out off pocket of £62 , tried to contact them numerous times by emailing to the address I have received email from, as well as filling their inquiry forms on contact us page. Did not get reply to either. Left many messages on their posts on Instagram as well. Only one email I received in the beginning where I asked them to cancel my order within minutes of placing it. They replied saying you can send it back once received. I find out later i have to post it to China. While they sent from local place. Now post office asking to pay £16 to return it. My issue and question is at the moment that I lost £62 already. Do I want to take risk of spending £16 more to get my money back? What if they do not acknowledge and refund? As they are not reachable at the moment. Will they be reachable at that time, even after sending them this piece of shit back? The quality of this ring is so bad, does not worth more than few quids. Does not work at all. Leave rusty marks on the finger when worn. Is there no one who can stop them selling junk and can help vulnerable customers. Who are trying to seek help for themselves buying from these con people. There should be a way to stop these thieves from thieving.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. Total scam. Overpriced item that lost any magnetism. Came from China so took forever to come and cheap item. Wished I had googled reviews before buying and throwing my money away.

Do not waste your money. I was misled to believe there was an easy return however it meant a return address to China on my "dime". Cost is far and above the worth of the ring of which the company knows. This info was never previously disclosed so I consider it a fraud purchase.

Zero rating as goods returned to address they came from as on the parcel by delivered signed for RM but no refund has arrived even though I have tried every email address but they have kept bouncing the emails back as no such email Feel very strongly that this is a total scam

Even there refund policy asks you to return via recorded delivery which is expensive. I’ve been conned out of £40.
You can’t get answers from their customer support. You’re not informed it comes from CHINA!!!!

The return policy requires you to send the item back to China, despite them having multiple UK addresses and a UK website. Returning to China means the postage costs are as high as the ring itself. They claim that one size fits all, but that's not true. I have an average-sized hand, and the ring still doesn’t fit, even when pressed to make it smaller.

If I could give OLUX ZERO Stars I would! Awful company, even worse customer service.

Return at your own cost to China, for almost as much as the ring originally cost you, only for the customer service team to completely ignore your communication and never receive a refund! STAY CLEAR OF THESE FRAUDS!

Cheap and nasty.
Bought the ring, after reading all the reviews, glad I purchased in the Black Friday deal or I would be fuming if I paid the full price.
Doesn’t even look like a ‘good cheap ring’.
Just cheap and nasty with hard edges, way too big for the recommended little finger.
Have read the magnets fall out - if they do I’ll be claiming a refund through PayPal.
Not holding much hope of it being of any benefit after reading reviews.
All this Chinese tatt masquerading as goods from the USA needs to be stopped.

Ring bestellt, geliefert- das war schon das Beste. Ring hat nach einer Weile begonnen abzufärben- mehrfach Reklamiert, zuerst eine Antwort bekommen man würde sich kümmern, dann jedesmal ignoriert worden. Produkt ist mangelhaft, Kommunikation nicht vorhanden, absolutes "no-go"- Hände weg von dieser Firma und diesem Produkt!

Returns are impossible. Product is “ok” but my wife didn’t like the fit so we thought we’d return it as normal. Afraid not. £16 shipping fees back to China, 3 months wait and next to zero communication later…still no refund, having to take it up with credit card provider. Please don’t buy this.
