Omega Auto Care pays the bill when your vehicle’s covered parts and systems break down. Keeping your car beyond its factory warranty makes good financial sense, unless expensive repair bills end up being more than your monthly car payment. That’s where we can help, picking up where your factory warranty leaves off. Our Vehicle Service Contract pays for the repair bills outlined in the coverage level you select. You already have insurance if someone or something damages your car. Omega offers insurance when your car is damaged due to mechanical failure. It’s Protection and Financial Security for you! Omega Auto Care is insured by Lyndon Southern Insurance Company, a Fortegra company. We are members of the Vehicle Protection Association, and also of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.

It’s too expensive

It’s too expensive, and I was told by an Auto Body Shop, that it’s not worth doing, because the regular insurance covers at least most of it. I want to get a refund, please.
It’s a total waste of my money that could be used for other essentials.
You were also supposed to cancel out a competitor, and it didn’t.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the cost of your coverage.

We will request that the selling agency contact you directly to discuss your cancellation request and assist you with any applicable refund options under your contract.

We would also like to clarify that standard automobile insurance and vehicle service contracts serve different purposes. Regular auto insurance covers accidents, but it does NOT cover the cost of mechanical breakdowns. A Vehicle Service Contract is designed to help protect against potentially costly repair bills resulting from covered mechanical and electrical failures.

If you choose to cancel your coverage, you will be responsible for the full cost of future repairs should a covered component fail.

Satisfied Customer

I give them a 5 stars because the customer service over the phone is always great. Haven't had a breakdown yet and praying that doesn't happen no time soon.

Solid company at affordable price point

Omega offered a very competitive price, provided a number of unexpected benefits (3 oil changes, tire purchase credits, etc.), and has already reimbursed me for one of my oil changes just weeks after signing up with the company! They represent a solid company at an affordable price point
