If I could give it NO stars I would. Worst customer service.
You cannot speak to a live person. You have to speak to an AI Bot. Do not waste your money.
I had my rack and pinion replaced the Car repair facility would not call in so I had to do it. They wouldn’t talk to me. They told me that the car repair facility had to do it. I filed the claim and then they denied it.
I’m serious go to another car warranty place. This company is horrible.

We’re sorry for your frustration. After reviewing all recorded calls and interactions with our AI and representatives, we want to clarify what happened.
In your first call, you explained that the "rack and pinion had already been replaced" and asked what would be covered. Our AI correctly advised that a "repair facility must diagnose the issue and call us before repairs begin" to determine eligibility. At no point were you told to complete repairs yourself or submit for reimbursement afterward.
In your follow-up calls, you attempted to start the claim personally, and the AI again correctly explained that "only the repair facility" can initiate a claim. Because the repairs were completed without prior authorization, the reimbursement request could not be approved.
The guidance provided was accurate and consistent, but if you have questions about your contract or need further assistance, our Customer Care Team is here to help.

I would leave no stars if possible. Stay away from Omega they have ghetto 3rd party companies getting the warranty for them. If you try to cancel before your 30 days they will constantly try and make you keep the coverage by hanging up phones transferring you to different departments and outright telling you NO. If they treat consumers like this for cancelation imagine filing a claim. Beware and stay far away from this company

I had a representative named Jamal call…
I had a representative named Jamal call me asking why I canceled my service. Told him I am trying to save up but hopefully in the future i can warranty my vehicle. He proceeded to tell my “I hope your car doesn’t break down” and hangs up…if treating former customers terribly to try and bully them into purchasing a warranty is outrageous. Find some higher quality people than these guys. Lowest of the low
