Omega Home & Auto Care Avis 

I have used this contract once before and the service was good. When I called in today on 7/21/25 around 4pm est I spoke with Robin Hudson and I could tell that when she greeted me, she did it with a smile :) super thumbs up! She was super patient and was a complete delight working with her on getting payment for claim so I can release the vehicle back to my customer. My customer was happy with the turn around.

Sanisha has amazing customer service she is the best.

They were quick to respond when KIA contacted them on my behalf.

One of the worst home care service is omega, claim department people don’t even know how to talk with customers very rude. Just money mined and they don’t know how to resolve the issue. Never ever will recommend to buy omega home care .

I’m leaving this review solely based on my experience working with Samantha B. during our time in the military. She was always professional, reliable, and went above and beyond in everything she did. Since then, I’ve heard nothing but great things about her work ethic, especially in customer service, and about the company she’s with. It’s clear they’re doing things right.

I know Samantha B. who works here, and I’ve heard a lot of great things about the service. She’s spoken highly of the team and the positive experiences customers have had, which really encouraged me to check it out for myself.

Was at first hesitant but Fanisha reassured me that everything will be taken care of and this company made good on that promise.

Really impressed with this company, I signed up after doing some research and they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations. The process was simple, and the support team is always easy to reach. I’ve had a great experience so far and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

So far things have been great. I have not needed a repair yet, but I have taken advantage of the service reimbursement for wiper blades and an oil change so far. The submission process was simple and reimbursement was prompt. I’ll post an update if or when I need to make a claim for a repair. 4 out of 5 only because I have not needed a repair yet.

Their services are easy to use—as long as you take the time to read your contract and call with any questions. Every time I’ve contacted customer service, they’ve been eager to help and patient in making sure I fully understand my coverage and it’s also when I discovers their home policies too. Omega came highly recommended by friends of friends, and we’ve been happy with the service so far.
