Jason worked tirelessly to build my website. His followthrough is really appreciated. He really has a fine sense of detail and is a pleasure to work with.

They call you multiple times claiming to have you onboard and your project is with them, If you tell them you hired someone they won't take it as a "NO" kept harrassing me and kept demanding money, I would suggest not to hire these people because they are not reliable people to work with based on their attempt to rip me off.

If I get more calls from different phone numbers then I will be posting more reviews and post their information on social media.

I am a senior citizen and on social security, i wanted a simple website. initially Jason told be it will be done in $300. he kept upselling me and extracting money from me saying you need trademark and what not. when i checked he didnt even got my trademark applied. i have paid him over $7000. when i asked for the refund so that i can pay the legit company i found. he started threatening me and used abusive language. he has Indian accent. i think his real name is not even Jason. even the location on google is virtual address. I have given details to my lawyer and found it they are not even in usa. please be aware from this scam company. i have lost all of my savings be aware of Omega software labs and Jason 786-809-3206 if anyone report this guy to authorites please help

My Updated Review of Omega Labs

This is an updated and entirely legitimate review based on my direct experience with Omega Labs. My original review was detailed, honest, and written in good faith. What followed only reinforced my concerns.

After posting my review, a representative we worked with did not simply reach out to address the issues professionally. Instead, they contacted my spouse directly and attempted to coax him into persuading me to take the review down. That behavior was inappropriate, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. A company confident in its practices should respond with transparency and accountability—not pressure tactics aimed at a reviewer’s family.

This experience does not surprise me given how our interactions with Omega Labs unfolded overall, but it does speak volumes about their approach to criticism. Reviews exist so consumers can share real experiences. Attempting to silence or manipulate those experiences undermines trust and credibility.

Shame on you for choosing that route instead of constructive dialogue. My review stands, and it is accurate.

At the start, Jason and Omega provided a detailed and cost-effective proposal for me to consider before we started. Then they consistently performed as promised. Jason obviously possesses multiple programming skills. He applied those skills professionally. He assessed my needs accurately and never failed to apply innovative solutions. Throughout the process of website development, he tutored me in the parameters of an improved website design and was able to make changes exactly as I had hoped…but been totally unable to accomplish on my own. The multiple chances to review my website before launch as well as responses to requests for tweaks were all prompt and on target. Further, my host site, as it turned out, included a limited byte supply. Jason helped me move from thinking in megabytes to operating in gigabytes and facilitated getting the byte range I needed. I plan to use Omega in the future for web maintenance. In retrospect, Jason was patient and helpful throughout my website project which now looks attractive, organized, and informative.
