I ordered the Ortho Balance shoes and I am very happy with my purchase. The shoes are lightweight and comfortable. On top of that, the shoes came within a week of ordering. When I had sizing issues, customer service was quick and easy to communicate with. I would buy from them again

Don’t waste your money! I’ve ordered the trainers and it’s pure plastic. Not comfortable at all for 12hours shifts on your feet all day! Miss representing as a company based in the UK. They are based in China. False advertising. I can’t seem to return them for a refund as no emails gets answered.

I was very pleased with the shoes I bought. Will purchase again and try other selections. I can take longer walks now and stand for hours feeling great comfort.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered two pairs of shoes from their site. I waited almost a month before getting any notification about my shoes. When I finally did, I tracked my order and it was still in Texas at that moment. I emailed omegawalk about why my order is taking so long. That it’s been about a month and I still haven’t received my order. After two days I finally got a reply stating that my order was delivered to my mailbox a few days prior. When I looked at the tracking on my order, the whole tracking information had changed. Now it showed that it was never in Texas and had apparently went through California and was “delivered to my mailbox”. I emailed them again stating that I had never received my order and asked why the shipping and tracking information had changed? I never got an answer to that but they emailed me to contact my post office because on their end now it showed it was delivered. I did just that and called my post office. They told me that the tracking and order numbers were invalid and did not exist, that it was possible the order wasn’t sent yet. I then emailed omega walk back about this and have yet to receive any information as to what actually happed to my order. I have asked for a refund multiple times and have been ignored by them. Mind you, I even bought shipping protection on my order to guarantee that I would receive my order. This company is a complete scam. I would not recommend them to even my worst enemy!

I love the product that I received, my wife is so happy.
Just the sizing chart was a bit confusing but other than that 10/10 will recommend.

Shoes are fake make and not close to any mentioned brand. They will send it to you and offer 30% return if u keep it. I have ended with bad ankle and back pain after 2 occasions of wearing. AVOID AT ANY COSTS !

I ordered two pairs of shoes after carefully reading all the features on the OmegaWalk website and following their sizing guide exactly. Unfortunately, the products I received were nothing like what was advertised.

The quality is extremely poor. The insoles are thin and offer virtually no cushioning or orthopedic support, despite the website claiming exceptional comfort and support. One pair was too short even though I followed the size chart, and the other pair had inconsistent widths between the left and right shoe.

One of the pairs is even labeled “Fashion” instead of OmegaWalk, and I found what appears to be the same generic shoes sold by other retailers for a fraction of the price.

In my experience, these shoes do not match the descriptions, features, or quality presented on the website. I cannot recommend this company.

I needed a shoes for nursing and saw the advert on Google by chance . Im not a fan of buying shoes online, but they were so good looking that I couldn't help it. The shoe took about 10 days to arrive,BUT it was worth the wait! They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever put my feet in. A bit of a wide fit, but most are for me because I have very narrow feet. Had a slight issue with sizing, but customer service took care of that promptly! They went above and beyond for me.

Excellent foot support. Very comfy shoe, I got a 5 but feel as a work shoe it was a little tight. I requested to exchange on them to 5.5, and kindly the request has been put in place.
Very happy with the outcome.

Good shoes, just if you are in Canada always choose one size smaller.
