Omni have given me great customer service and advice when it comes to my dog. Talking to the customer service team put my mind at ease over some of my concerns and they provided me with good advice. Since using their products ive seen great results.
Monty the Beagle-cross loves the food, he's been eating it for over 3 years, and is a super energetic 10 year old.

We absolutely love Omni! Not only do my dogs love every one of their products but they actually work!!! I have 5 dogs and 3 of them had extremely bad skin and I tried everything and spend a fortune and nothing worked UNTIL I used Omni irritated skin chews, within days their skin was completely back to normal. That was 2 years ago now and their skin is still completely fine. Omni really are the best!

The only thing I can say for this company is Amazing! My dog has suffered from smelly breath and I researched the best products online and came across OMNI. To be totally honest I was a little sceptical but thought it was worth a try for the first order at half price. I can now say this product has made such a huge difference to his breath and oral health. I don’t agree with water treatments and this delivers better results in only 4 weeks. It’s part of Alf’s daily routine and he is one fussy dog with any food or supplements and most go in the bin, not these as he wolfs them down. Plus I’ve never experienced such excellent customer service (Penny) is 5 star ⭐️
My dog loves Omnis hypoallergenic kibble and the wet food range too. It’s really helped with his allergies, helped stop his itching and means he looks forward to his food everyday! He also has a lot of their supplements which all work well and he enjoys taking them too so it’s a win all round! Thanks Omni.
I’ve been using OMNI products for my dog for a few months now, including the dental sticks, pre & probiotic chews, and the anal gland chews, and I honestly couldn’t be happier.
Firstly, the customer service has been amazing. Any questions I’ve had have been answered quickly and really helpfully, and you can tell they genuinely care about both the pets and their owners. It’s made the whole experience feel really supportive and trustworthy.
In terms of results, I started noticing small changes within the first few weeks, but over the last 3–6 months it’s been a big difference. The dental sticks have really helped with fresher breath and cleaner-looking teeth. The pre & probiotic chews have made a noticeable improvement in digestion – much more consistent stools and a generally happier tummy. The anal gland chews have been a game changer too, with no more scooting or discomfort, which has been such a relief. (I know these can take a little time to fully work, but sticking with them has definitely paid off.)
Overall, I’ve had such a positive experience with the brand. The combination of great customer service, products that actually deliver results over time, and how much my dog enjoys them makes it an easy recommendation. I’d definitely suggest giving OMNI a try if you’re looking to support your dog’s dental health, digestion, and overall wellbeing.

We have been using the Omni skin and joint supplements for our miniature dachshunds, the girls love them and think they’re treats! Definitely seen an improvement with Daisy’s itchy skin!

I've never seen them get so excited over anything, with the possible exception of a tin of sardines.

I was lucky enough to find my now beloved dog,Barbara, 30th April 2025.She was 4 years old and a therapy dog working with children with autism. She was being separated from her brother and other dogs that she lived with and coming to me. I'm a 66 year old lady, I have no other dogs and I have no experience with dogs prior to Barbara. I think due to all this disruption and the massive changes to her life she has suffered significant trauma and thus, she quickly developed food intolerances to all regular dog kibble.and started to develop anxiety. To cut a long story short, after a few false starts my vet recommended I try Omni food for her. I use Animal Trust , Blackburn, Lancashire, which, again, have proven to be fabulous vets and helped us both get through the stressful times.
Honestly, it sorted her digestive system out her pooh was normal, and regular and I knew she was getting all the right nutrients. You have to be patient and give the food and gut time to settle in together. It was such a relief to have found the right diet for Barbara, her other symptoms, ie, itchy skin soon subsided too.
When I was 💯 that Omni was the right one for B , I set up a subscription, I can honestly say, I can't think of any other Company where I have had a regular purchase that has such a user friendly, customer based,efficient system ( honestly, I can't ) .
It truly is a fabulous Company 👌 I often need to bring my delivery date forward ( various reasons) and every single person that I have spoken to within the Omni team, are always genuinely, warm, friendly and helpful. Once the order is due out ,or you have called to bring it forward , the delivery is actioned and the food is on its way to your front door.
I see some folk have commented on changes with the courier service and sometimes having a few smaller bags sent.
My thoughts on that are, the team are trying to improve their whole system ( keep the cost down maybe, ) and there's going to be teething troubles whilst they tweet it, but honestly, just don't sweat the small stuff,just work with them and support them like they do us 😀
Omni also offer all customers free consultations with a vet .
You just book online , you can usually get an appt for the next day, but most certainly for the day after or whenever fits for you thereafter.

I spoke with one of the vets today, Sophie , regarding Barbara, she is quite anxious and due to her vulnerabilities it can impact on her guts, so I wanted her advice regarding some of the products they have.
She gave me plenty time to tell her about our journey , she kindly listened and talked me through not only the products I was enquiring about , but she advised me to book an appointment with Nikko who is also a vet within the team but he's also a pet behaviourist / psychologist. She informed me that its also a free consultation and he can offer me some support around Barbara's anxiety and how better I could possibly help her with some of her behaviours.

Omni are one of my go-to brands. I love the wide range of products available and I'm currently obsessed with their calming plug in. When combined with their stress & anxiety supplements, my dog is now so chill. I've also tried their dried food and my dog enjoys every bite. It's also great peace of mind knowing the brand is created by vets!
