The blinds look and work great but I ordered a cord and it never came. Also if you are in America don't forget about tariffs because it can add up to be a lot.
Awful service
Awful service. Product was faulty and obviously not had a check. Images sent but no customer service was you’ve basically done it.
Finally offered a refund and be with me in 7 days. That was 11 days ago. No refund and no response to emails
This is literally the worst service I’ve experienced.

No complaints about the product itself. they are amazing, and the software works without a hitch. However, We ordered multiple blinds and not once during the process were we warned that we would be hit with Tarriffs (almost $400US). We understand its not the company's fault, but a warning at the checkout process would have been appropriate. Also, no screws provided or charger just seems a bit cheap for such a nice product.

They were easy to install, work like a charm and the curtain color is extremely good.
If only I had need for additional rooms to have them, I would order more.
It took a while to get them as they had a longish queue but it was worth it.
Superb quality excellent color and Material
The material and quality was exactly what I expected and what i look for when i buy things.
I work in IT and l love IoT. These blinds works great with siri or from my widgits on my mac.
Only thing i have complaints about is some missing information online on the installation, i couldnt find the weight of the blinds or the size of the screw hole on the mounting plate. I have informed the seller and hopefully they will make it possible for people to prepare.

Terrible experience
In summary, terrible. I ordered a number of blinds, and ordered without a discount code. I spent quite a bit of money on it.
You should know that if you want to control the blinds through Google Home or your phone etc, it actually uses a little white wire on the top that is the antenna.
All the blinds had an antenna but one. Not only did it miss the antenna, it was also damaged so that it didnt work at all. After some emails with customer service, we found that the reason it didnt work at all was that some plastic bracket had moved because of the transport. After moving the bracket back it worked, but just the motor and not the Google Home etc. And that was because the antenna was missing.
The customer service simply said that its not their problem that the blind arrived damaged, but I should order a new motor at full price again.
I am appalled at this response. They have insurance for this, and I complained about one blind after spending a lot of money on several others. The right thing to do for them would be to replace the motor at no cost.
In addition, I can say that the blinds that do have the antenna on it dont work very well either. They constantly lose connection so I have to reinstall them every time.
I did some further research and would suggest you instead order with Smart Wings. They seem to have much better products.

Almost perfect….
The order and delivery process was very straightforward and dispatched much quicker than the initial 5 week estimate. The supplier makes it very clear on the website that you might get charged import/duty fees which I did here in the UK. The additional £130 for two blinds did leave a sour taste and makes the overal cost of the blinds far more expensive than first thought. Blinds arrived well packaged with good instructions and we had them fitted perfectly in no time. Added them into homekit via matter and after a quick firmware update they were online. Motor is quite and we’ve had zero connection issues. The quality overal is great however I was expecting the Blackout material to be more effective. When the suns directly on it you can see lots of small pin holes where the light is visible but its better than what we had previously. Overal great product and service from supplier.

Good experience
Overall, I had a good experience with this company. I purchased five blinds, and while most of them worked perfectly, one turned out to be defective and didn’t function as it should. Unfortunately, the replacement process took quite a long time and involved a lot of back-and-forth messages, which I found frustrating. In the end, they did replace it, but the experience left me a bit disappointed.

As my title says, look no further! I had a fantastic experience with this company. Very high quality product with an amazing selection of awesome fabrics you can choose from. Be sure to order a selection of free swatches to help with your decision making. In addition to an excellent product line, their customer service is second to none. They were fully knowledgeable about their entire product line and both extremely prompt, helpful, and patient with me with taking me through the selection process. Ordering from Sweden was a breeze with no problems or high shipping costs so do not let that deter you at all.
