Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience - never again !
You pay for expensive delivery costs and no choice for it (~20€), plus they tell you about taxes and fees ok why not… but they didn’t tell you that the amount of these fees are going to be more expensive than the article itself (35,50€) ! (And no details on their website) At the end : you will pay 55,50€ for delivery costs, quite the dubble of the amount of the article whereas taxes and fees can be avoided in using other delivery services as DHL express. Onaie don’t offer to share the fees or to make a move towards you. They didn’t care of fooling you as they have been paid. Scandalous !

Vous payez déjà des frais de transport exorbitants pour un service que vous ne pouvez pas choisir, on vous annonce des taxes OK sur le principe pourquoi pas. Mais on ne vous dit pas que ces taxes à elles seules vont vous coûter près d’une fois et demie le prix de l’article. À la fin du compte, entre les frais de port, et les taxes et coût, vous payez 55,50 € de frais d’envoi pour un article qui en vaut à peine la moitié alors que cela peut être évité en utilisant d’autres modes d’envoi que DHL express. La marque ne propose aucun dédommagement rien ni la prise en charge au moins à hauteur de la moitié de ces taxes, ils ont été payés il s’en foutent. C’est scandaleux !

Yes, every customer needs to pay customs charges if ordering from outside the UK. The information about the charges can be found on our website. The taxes are being charged by your country, not us, we are unable to pay them for you,
