Got in with no problem. Got out with no problem. Didn't have to wait long for the bus. The bus driver helped with bags.

Great parking , terrible transportation to get back
The parking lot is great ,clean, safe and fast to get you to the cruise ship. The problem lies trying to get back to the lot after debarking the ship. The lines were so long . We got in line at 930 am approx 200 people ahead of us.they were running one bus and 3 cans. The estimated wait time was 2 hours in the direct sun for most of that . No seating just standing and waiting with luggage for hours . We waited 30 mins and booked Uber. I won't do this again I ll do city lot next time they have more larger buses and more running at a time . .

Cruise terminals can experience significant surges when multiple ships disembark at the same time, with hundreds of passengers all needing transportation at once. As a consumer, you pay for a service. When you contact a company about an issue, and they find it valid, the proper response is to PAY the customer back or offer a discount. Emotional reply and/or responses do not equate compensation.
If you have a problem, this company will NOT compensate you even when they AGREE the issue is their fault. Do NOT use this service.
This company does not stand behind its product. They are a 3rd-party company that will not be able to handle parking concerns as they arise. We were stuck at an airport for over 3 hours, and there was no way to get help. DO NOT book this service.

While the parking facility manages the shuttle service directly and provides the 24/7 shuttle number included in your reservation details, we absolutely stand behind our customers when issues arise.
We responded to you email from this morning and have already offered to reimburse your taxi fare and are simply waiting for a copy of the receipt to process it. Once we have it, we'll get your reimbursement taken care of right away. We know travel days don't always go as planned, and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to help make this part right.

Had a roof over our vehicle, no issues at all. The shuttle ran on time and each driver was great.
