Absolute cowboys - wrong size delivered, awful quality and colour. I emailed them immediately sent pictures and the QR code which clearly states the order should be a 39. The boots are huge and clearly marked 41. They kept offering me less than $10 compensation and asking me to keep them. I have asked Papal to dispute! Return is to China but will not pay this this to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS- THEY ARE CON MERCHANTS... I wish I’d read here first - BE WARNED

Absolutely rubbish at customer Service. I ordered a size 40 boots and got a 43. I emailed them immediately sent pictures and the QR code which clearly states the order should be a 40. The boots are huge and clearly marked 43. They kept offering me 5USD compensation and asking me to keep them. I have asked Papal to dispute this but they have said I have to pay shipping to China to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF CON MERCHANTS... BE WARNED.

I cancelled my order within a couple of hours and told them not to take money from my account, they ignored my request and instead of taking £26.99p they took £32.39p from my account. I consistently emailed them to cancel the order and issue a refund they refused and still sent out the item. The boots were received, I ordered size 6uk but the boots would fit me size 11uk, again they refused to accept return and issue a refund, instead they have told me to give them away and offered £3.00p compensation.
This company is a chinese scam, be warned, do not buy from these and tell everyone to avoid them. After 3 x weeks of constant emailing and calls I have finally received a voucher refund from paypal. Below is the email received from onalevelwith today, this company is an utter disgrace and the boots were poor quality and not the size I ordered;

But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order.
So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others?
They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years.
Within my limited authority, the best solution I can offer is little compensation.

Absolute disgrace ..sandals were cheap and faulty company refused to allow return and refund..took over a month to deliver ..vert cheap faulty product and terrible customer service total scam !!!!! Avoid at all costs

I bought a cast iron log splitter that turned up as made out of Brent wire, it wouldn’t split a match. Getting the run around and know I won’t get my money back. Avoid at all costs. Robbing scum.

The item arrived after a few weeks - I'm guessing they ship to the country in bulk once they receive enough orders (to reduce postage) and then farm out items. I don't mind that but their sizing is woefully inaccurate. Im a normal size large (UK) and the large I received was tiny.
They don't allow returns. They did offer me a 10% money back as a good will gesture - so a waste of money in the long run.
I will avoid in the future.

i ordered a sweater from this company and one hour after cancelled it in line with their cancel policy they have refused to cancel they are not a company to deal with they are scammers please keep well clear you are dealing with China there is no way they are going to let you cancel even after 50 minutes after you order how can they say it as been sent i repeat keep well clear checked their cancel policy they you can cancel up to 12hours after your order what a scam firm

Do not use this site a complete scam still waiting for mop and two cloths from beginning august.

I ordered a 360 degree mop plus 2extra cloths several weeks ago and have not received a thing from them!!!

I ordered a 360 rotatable cleaning mop plus 2 mop heads and all I received was 2 mop heads I have not been sent the rotating handle I am livid I can't find the sight where you make the complaint to

Keep away! Not fit for the dustbin. I tried to cancel but they ignored my request and dispatched the so called sandals. I can see glue on the sides and they are very low quality material. I didn’t even try them on.

I received the sandals that are lighter than a feather, nothing to them, not what I thought I was ordering at all! Poor quality plus your feet sounds like your farting with every footstep. Thought the insole was suede but not and just makes my feet sweat. Not worth the money even with the discount. Not orthopaedic shoes at all. Hard to keep on!

Awful, don’t buy from this sight, the quality of products is not what it advertised, the customer service is awful and refunds are not possible unless you want to pay extortioninate amounts of money to send the item back to China where ‘we will review product’

Shocking scam site. Item advertised in photo ‘was not possible’ and item was delivered with a slit in the side of the ‘leather’. Poor quality, falsely advertised, and customer service ignores the fact the item was faulty but stated the correct item was delivered. Will not acknowledge providing a refund despite photons etc showing the damaged cheap item vs the photo advertised offering monograms into the ‘leather’.
Do not use - scam site with poor quality goods.
