Screw over loyal customers

I paid for this service for a year and when I decided to change my business model, they wouldn't let me switch to a free account. They said I'd have to make a new account but what about the meetings that were already scheduled? No solution offered. I asked if they could credit my account and they said the sales team would have to look at it? Makes no sense. You advertise a free account, existing customers should be able to use any account type and switch between them.

Secretly, downgrading is not possible

After several years, I was content with the service but disappointed when my free plan got automatically converted to a paid plan. It's okay - I understand they need to generate revenue. However, I was shocked when I later discovered that to switch from a paid plan back to their free plan, you now have to wipe your account and start fresh as a 'Basic' customer. Downgrading is not possible, yet they don't mention this anywhere on pricing/tiers page. To me this is very misleading and borderline fraudulent, especially since in their copy they imply you can downgrade after a free trial ends (but not once you're a regular user??).

To clarify, our policy ensures that plans are never automatically converted from free to paid; such a change requires an active choice by the user. This approach is designed to prevent any surprises regarding billing and to keep you in control of your subscription choices.

Regarding the downgrade process, our policy of requiring a new account to switch to a 'Basic' plan from a paid subscription is in place to prevent abuse and plan hopping, except for a one-time allowance to downgrade at the end of the trial period. This approach helps ensure users don't exploit premium features temporarily without a long-term commitment, & it maintains the integrity of complex configurations and services designed for our paid plans.
We appreciate your feedback, it is crucial for us to improve.

I received very helpful, efficient support

I received very helpful support that answered a question and limitation we'd been having with our unconventional use of ScheduleOnce. We hopped on a Google Meet for a screen share and talked through my questions and ways to achieve what we were hoping to within minutes. Sharon was knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk with. Customer support with software products can be difficult; the option to hop on a video call was helpful and so much more efficient and effective than chat texts or emails.

MSP COO blown away by support.

First, I think the process was great. I worked through chat, was able to follow the chat bot to get me to the right place and to receive my support code. With that code I was able to immediately chat with a technician who gave instructions from the interface that allowed me to automatically reconnect to my calendar. It was so easy, some of the best I have seen. Been in IT for 37 years, very few experiences as good as this, thanks for the great work.

I was a frustrated Accuity (Squarespace Scheduling) customer

I was a customer at a competitor, Accuity Scheduling (now known also as Squarespace Scheduling). I had some more complex needs, and Accuity simply didn't know how to help or really have the inclination it appeared. Instead of solving the problem, they pretty much just shrugged their collective shoulders and didn't help me. I went to OnceHub, and within 24 hours of my product demo, I had joined as a paid member, recreated what was previously in Accuity, and with the help of the tech team completely solved the problem. The tech help team, and specifically Yashashya, the individual who helped me, went so far out of their way to guide me through this. I can't overstate how impressive their help was. Whereas Accuity concentrated on what they couldn't do, and pretty much ignored my issues, OnceHub was able to solve these issues. It's clearly superior in flexibility as far as I can tell, and certainly in my specific case. I am SO glad I made the decision to switch with OnceHub.

OnceHub has great support

OnceHub has great support! I had issues with my bookings and Ovais (my rep) walked me through each step patiently and professionally until all errors were corrected and the bookings were in perfect order. He also confirmed all the corrections were in place and my bookings are now operating as I wished.

My favorite scheduling app!

My favorite scheduling app (and I've tried several). I love the integrations that are available and how easy it is to navigate. Being able to embed the scheduler on any page is a game changer for lead generation and making it a seamless experience. I recommend this app to all my high ticket coaching clients.

Leve Chat was great help with reconnecting Outlook calendar

Quick response by live chat with the accurate answer. Would have been nice to find that answer in support pages. Suggest adding a note that EWS is no longer supported by Microsoft and to reconnect calendar using OAuth...that is really all I needed to know.

We have ben using Schedule Once for ~2years and are very happy with the service along with our clients.
