One Delivery  Avis 599

If there was a star lower than 1 they would be getting it.
I ordered a turkey joint that they were supposed to deliver from my local butcher in Antrim town.
They took payment (including delivery charge!!) and two days in I haven't received my order.
I have called them, text them and emailed them and haven't had any response.
I beg you all to not use this so called service, they are a complete joke, and I plan to take this further as I don't want anyone else to be in the same position as me.

Ordered tobacco for friend how was gasping they accepted the order 4 hours later I had to complain still not here then I emailed them and asked for a refund,waiting to see would not use even if your desperate.

Order at 12.15 the order came at 4.45 I could not believe it. Have used it 5 times it’s always slow maybe 1.5 hrs but almost 5 hrs. Nice guy but will not be using it anymore

Avoid at all costs! Delivery stated 45 mins or ASAP. Nearly 2 hours later our food arrived and it was cold. Very disappointed!

Always had brilliant service from One Delivery when I lived in Falmouth, Cornwall. We used them a lot. The branch manager really cares about his customers, and the level of service the team provides. All of the staff are always very friendly, and the food arrives quickly. In comparison to other food delivery providers in the area, we found them to be the most reliable for arriving within the anticipated time frame, and for the accuracy of the contents ordered.

Dunno about all these other reviews but I've been using them for years and they've always been great! Quick delivery, friendly service, literally zero issues and I bet I order more takeaway than most people 😂

Placed an order on the One-Delivery Cookstown site, after seeing multiple social media posts and the website stating they were online and ready to delivery.

Took payment, page just said 'pending'
No Food delivered.

Rang phone number, no answer.
Whatsapp - no response but online.
Emailed 3 different email addresses - nothing.

Messaged various other branches hoping someone could help get my money back. Nothing. All pages are scams.

Have had to contact my bank for a fraud refund.

I would give 0 starts absolutely shocking, can take your money and accept your order to then cancel it when it’s due to be delivered! Now have to wait 2 to 3 working days to get my money back!!!

Made an order for just under £37 from macdonalds in Fraserburgh the man I got on the phone after waiting couple hours swore and told me he hadn't received any order yet I have receipt order number and proof money came out my back thot I'd give them another go as they still owe me £27 from a previous order I didn't get

I made my order in the Ballymena are from papas. My order was placed at 5:28- it was due at 18:12. The delivery driver apparently has been on his way and messaged to say he was on his way . The time is now 20:12. I have requested a refund but am unable to clear if how to do this as it is not explained on the app. I have contacted the app directly. Very disappointing with £17.46 down the tubes. The order did eventually arrive at 20:30

Wish I read these reviews before ordering....order two and a half hours ago from a local Antrim takeaway but nothing...took my money and neither the takeaway or the delivery person is answering the phone...absolute joke!

Despicable service, waited nearly 2 hours only for the driver to call to say he can’t find our address, head office phoned and asked me to call the driver, after another 15 minutes of too ing and fro ing the driver finally arrives on foot laughing. He assured us the food would be hot, your guess, YES IT WAS STONE COLD, disgusting treatment, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN

Overcharged, late and delivered by a registered sex offender.

Terrible company in Ballymena. Order never arrived and then tried to contact the local manager who never returned my calls and then blocked me. Should have known they were dodgy as the prices were way higher than the store.

No longer seems to support my location, used to use them a lot. Removed app, will use other services instead.

ordered a mcdonalds today from omagh. had 2 main meals missing rang up told wed have a call back nothing so have tried ringing over ten times keep getting cut off basically cant get the food i ordered or my money back its over £18 pounds worth bunch of scammers totally disgusting .

Simply the worst service you could ever use. Their customer service is ZERO. They're so amateur that they send emails with an image called "WhatsApp_XXXXXXX" as if they've just copied it from WhatsApp and dumped it in an email then send all.

They wont answer your calls - save your time and don't call, go straight to your bank if any issues arise as these con artists are happy to take your money, but provide no service.

They get 25% off McDonalds' prices (I've seen multiple orders of theirs and their cost, when being collected). They charge around 30% extra on top of McDonalds' prices. Then further delivery fees.

Their website / app is both out of date and for weeks you couldn't order fizzy drinks with a meal, but could with a happy meal - right?!?!

If your order is wrong, god help you. You cannot get in touch with anyone. They ignore their phone calls. The emails go unreplied. They are truly a cow boy organisation.

If they drop your drinks - be prepared to wait THREE HOURS for them to replace the drinks with whatever they decide (they do NOT check what drinks they should have been or how many). You wont get all the drinks you ordered either, as they genuinely don't care.

By far the worst place I have EVER used for a McDonalds delivery and the prices are TERRIBLE.

Shambolic is the only word I can think of. If you would like to eat the same day of when you ordered then, you’re better off using Deliveroo, Just Eat or Uber Eats.
