The app is not able to detect your payments in your account and customer service is not able to provide you any assistance. But you are required to pay the fee. Unacceptable!!

Used to be amazing
Used to be amazing, I’ve been a customer for years and current loan is almost halfway paid off and at this time there’s absolutely no way to refinance( I’m not even looking a larger amount just the exact same loan) and when you ask about it you always get the same generic answer.
