Been a OneBlinc customer for over a…

Been a OneBlinc customer for over a year. Got an offer to refinance but having issues with connecting my salary card. Have made multiple calls in and emails and still no response. I’ve been given the response that they have escalated to their IT but no response and they will send a follow up. Very frustrated to say the least

UPDATE: I've been a customer for a few years. NO REFINANCE?

One Blinc's Refinace options and criteria have changed. That being said, I was in an emergency situation and had to plead for help and a refinance, one blinc came through finanally. They gave me a manual review and approved a refinance as a one time courtesy. I do believe that they need to be transparent about refinance options in the future though. Thank you for helping me when I was in dire straights. I made this new review and changed the other one.
