I am extremely satisfied with my entire experience from start to finish. I first had an online consultation with Dr. Cagri Demirbaglar, who immediately inspired trust and confidence in me, and that is when I decided to go ahead with the surgery with him.

I would also like to give special thanks to Nikoleta for her excellent communication, responsiveness, and for answering every single one of my questions at any time. She made me feel calm, supported, and truly in safe hands throughout the whole process.

Another big thank you to Zeynep, my translator — a wonderful and warm person who supported me with everything during my stay in Turkey and made the entire experience much easier and more comfortable.

Dr. Cagri is extremely attentive and really listens to your wishes. As a professional ENT specialist as well as a surgeon, he focuses not only on the aesthetic side but also on the functional issues related to the nose. I am truly grateful for the care, attitude, effort, and the results I achieved.

I came from Oslo, Norway, on the recommendation of my mother, who also had surgery here and clearly recommended it for my hair transplant. Everything went perfectly. People in Europe are often very hesitant to come and have surgery here in Turkey, but I have to say that in my personal experience, I recommend it 100%. The operation was a complete success, the staff is very professional, the facilities are very modern, and they have a translator named Adriana who speaks English, Spanish, Turkish, and German, which is a huge help for communication. She's a very kind person and does everything she can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. After the operation, the care is excellent; they provide medication, food, and care for the transplanted area, and they clean your room daily. In short, so far I'm very satisfied and I wholeheartedly recommend that you come and take care of your personal beauty.

Ich hatte am 2.2.26 meine Nasen Op bei Dr Cagri , ich wurde von Anfang bis Ende von dem oneklick Team betreut und bestens beraten vor Ort war die Liebe Didem für mich da sie ist Wirklich super lieb und für alle Fragen und Probleme jederzeit erreichbar ich bin super zufrieden mit dem gesamten Ablauf und Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Everything was very well organised and managed. I have been in contact with three people - Müzeyyen, Zeynep and Emine. I’m more than satisfied with the service they are providing! Always gives you even more than expected information about everything which makes you feel safe and in good hands! The support during whole process.
The support during the whole rhinoplasty process was outstanding. The entire team radiates such a positive energy, making you feel like more than just a patient. A special thanks to my surgeon for his professionalism and skill; his expertise combined with the warm atmosphere provided by the staff turned a complex journey into a smooth and positive experience.

Vollste Zufriedenheit mit Dr. Çağrı Demirbağlar & auch seiner Assistentin & meine Betreuerin Didem. Alle waren total zuvorkommend & freundlich. Haben mir jede Angst genommen. Die Operation verlief reibungslos & auch der ganze Prozess danach waren super. 24/7 Betreuung. Gar keine Schmerzen & keine Atemprobleme wegen der Technik die Dr. Çağrı nutzt. 100%ige Weiterempfehlung & 100% richtige Entscheidung!

Ich hatte meine Nase machen lassen und habe mich bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Jeder ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Op verlief reibungslos und auch nach der Operation wurde ich weiterhin für die nächsten Schritte sehr gut vorbereitet. Ich kann jederzeit Fragen stellen und freue mich auf mein Endergebnis.

Невероятен екип със невероятни хора! Още при първото им свързване със мен отстрани на Ива усетих,че това е моето място и хората на който ще се доверя. Когато пристигнах във клиниката попаднах на невероятна преводачка на български език, която се казва Зейнеп. Те се отнесе изключително добре със мен през цялото време беше до мен и присъствено и по телефона,помагаше ми със абсолютно всичко и даваше всичко от себе си. Страхотен екип от професионалисти. Доктор Каехан ,неговия асистент , медицинските сестри,анестезиоложката и двете представителки са невероятни хора думите не ми стигат да опиша моята благодарност към тях ♥️

Man bekommt die gebuchte Dienstleistung - nicht mehr, eher weniger. Die Operation wurde nach Plan durchgeführt und ist gut gelungen. Es ist ebenso wie überall in der Welt: manche im Krankenhaus haben Lust Dienst am Kunden zu verrichten, andere nicht. Das „Hotel“ war eine absolute Katastrophe ohne Wasser, ohne TV, heruntergekommen, dreckig und kaputt. Eine einzige Baustelle mit viel Lärm. Zum Glück waren es dort nur zwei Nächte. Pinar Demir hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und getan, was in ihrer Macht stand. Ich würde die OP bestimmt noch einmal machen lassen, jedoch nicht in der Türkei.

From the moment I arrived at the airport, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. The entire process—from airport arrival, to hospital and hotel check-ins, and all the way to my departure—was incredibly smooth and well organized. The doctor was not only highly professional but also kind, patient, and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel confident and at ease. The translator was excellent, always ensuring clear communication and making sure I fully understood every step, which was very reassuring. The coordinator was outstanding as well, handling every detail with care. Together, they created a seamless and comforting experience that exceeded my expectations and made the whole journey stress-free and positive.

Казвам се Александра и съм от България.Пристигнах в клиниката за операция Стомашен ръкав.Операцията беше извършена от проф.Nurettin Barbaros в EMSEY HOSPITAL.Доверих се на тази болница и лекарския екип след дълъг и подробен предварителен разговор със здравния мениджър Ерсин. Той отговори на всички мои въпроси, разсея страховете и притесненията ми, и ме увери ,че лекарите в тази болница са на най-високо ниво.Всичко беше организирано перфектно-посрещане на летището до постъпване в болницата. Там ни чакаше нашия медицински консултант и преводач Зейнеп- невероятно мила и добра жена, която беше до мен през целия престой в болницата.Всичко се случи много бързо и безпроблемно.Не съм усетила болки и неразположения, условията в болницата са на високо ниво,медицинския персонал, който се грижеше за мен след операцията бяха много мили и учтиви.
Препоръчвам тази болница и екипа на проф Барбарос.
Изказвам моите благодарности на проф. Барбарос и Зейнеб за блестящата работа,за вниманието и доброто отношение към мен.

Absolut NICHT zu empfehlen. Ich war zu einer 360 Liposaction dort. Post OP Pflege war das totale Desaster. Unterlassene Hilfe Leistung ,gefährliche und falsche Pflege. Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Da ich selber Krankenschwester bin wusste ich mir einigermaßen selber zu helfen. Nach der OP musste ich über STUNDEN in einem klatschnassen Bett liegen. Der DK war so voll ,dass es einen Rückstau gab und so zu dem Ganzen Blut in dem ich lag auch noch Urin kam. Es wurde nicht unter die Decke gesehen so dass niemand die Drainageflaschen sah,die unter meinem Oberschenkel lagen und sich schmerzhaft in mein Bein bohrten. Niemand hat nachgesehen ob es nachblutungen gab. Die Gab es derart stark,dass ich einen enormen HB Abfall hatte.Ich hab so sehr gefroren, PostOp normal,aber dann noch dieses nasse Bett. Weiter keinen schluck Wasser,obwohl die Zeit schon lange so weit gewesen wäre. Und das Schlimmste,keine Klingel und die Bettgitter rund um das Bett hoch. Unter starken Schmerzen und ja,in Todesangst, erreichte ich irgendwann mein Handy und konnte so meine Dolmetscherin erreichen. Auch danach vergingen noch weitere Stunden,bis mir geholfen wurde.Der englische Dolmetscher in der Nacht war sehr unfreundlich und genervt,da ich mich beschwert und um Hilfe gebeten habe Ich bin alleine gereist. Insgesamt ging einfach schief,was möglich war. Mir wurde ein vollkommen anderes,besseres Hotel zu gesagt,inkl Frühstück. Dies Hotel in dem ich nach dem Desaster untergebracht wurde hatte auf meinem Flur Bauarbeiten, es war durchgehend laut und Frühstück gab es natürlich auch nicht. Fernseher im Zimmer ging nicht und als Selbstversorgung war auch kaum was möglich, da die Küche ausser Teller nichts zu bieten hatte. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur hiesigen Moschee lasse ich mal weg.
Ich habe die Pflegemängel noch bei Aufenthalt angegeben und hatte auch ein Gespräch bei der Leitungsriege,man wolle das Personal nachschulen. Von der Organisation kam vor Ort ein Blumenstrauß ( wäre passend für das Begräbnis gewesen) und ne Packung türkisch delight. Auf meine Forderung nicht erbrachte Leistungen zu entschädigen,kam ...nichts. einfach keine Antwort.
Weder per E Mail noch über diverse WhatsApp schreiben
Videos und Bilder zum Beweis der Aussage habe ich ebenfalls hingeschickt.

Ich bin mit meiner Nasenoperation sehr zufrieden und habe mich während des gesamten Ablaufs sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Auf meine Wünsche wurde jederzeit eingegangen, und das gesamte Team war aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön fand ich, dass regelmäßig nach meinem Befinden gefragt wurde, man fühlt sich wirklich ernst genommen.

Das Hotel war sehr schön, zentral gelegen, bot eine gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und hatte sehr freundliches Personal.

Insgesamt war es eine sehr positive Erfahrung, die ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann.
