I purchased boots from this website a couple months ago. I am trying to exchange them with a different size. I've emailed every email address provided and left voicemails to any number I could find. I'm still waiting for a response. At this point I just want to send the shoes back and get a refund. How do I get in touch with these people??????
It has been great being able to communicate with One Country and their quick response back and taking care of our request.
Also trying to cancel my membership, sent them an email and just got the auto response then a few weeks later got a support email asking to review my support experience . Well I have no experience , I can’t find anything saying my request was completed to cancel acct . Also I can’t even log in to my account because it’s says incorrect password but the password reset does not work , extremely frustrating experience . I will never sign up for any similar service again.

Asked multiple times to stop getting charged it is ridiculous that I am unable to cancel on my end. Makes the company feel fraudulent and like I have been scammed. For a company called 1 country you’d think they’d have a little more respect for people that have given to the cause. Very dissatisfied. Will continue to review till I stop being charged
One country works really hard to take care of its donors. It offers many opportunities to attend country Western concerts. Their giveaways include vehicles and a beautiful country home and other opportunities.

I sent a cancellation email to end my subscription. Two days later they charged me for another month instead of canceling subscription. It has now been 10 days since I contacted customer support to cancel and no one has responded. So now I have to freeze the card they have on file to stop the charges they may attempt in the future.

I changed credit cards and possibly changed my subscription to two new subscriptions. I contacted OneCountry and the issue was quickly resolved by a very courteous Katt.

I unsubscribed from their platform over a year ago to finding my email was not being added for the prize drawings. Now I've discovered that I'm still being auto billed through PayPal each month. What is wrong with this organization? when responding to my complaint they didn't even address my issues. I'm fed up and want a full refund.
I agree, customer service is terrible.I tried emailing.I did also didn't realize that once I quit giving them money that I no longer had any entries into anything.I don't even have an account anymore.They just closed it. I finally just cancel it on my PayPal account so they can't deduct any more money.I paid thirty five dollars a month for a year.

To all those that are trying to cancel their payment and/or membership. Call your card company and cancel your credit or debit card. Whatever account the money is being withdrawn from.
My Email address "Not Found"... Funny: they don't have any problem taking my money every month! Going to contact my Bank and block OneCountry, then contact the FBI Internet Fraud Unit: Google those words and the link will come right up, they won't let me post it here.
Also go Viral on Social Media so that this scheme becomes well known!
