Very friendly and welcoming environment. The blood was taken easily and swiftly. The whole visit was no more than 10 minutes and a clear explanation of how the results would be given was very helpful.

It was very easy to find and book a test. Very convinienient, u can add tests based on your concerns. It also includes the CEA tests.
The rest report is very detailed and self explanatory.

No waiting time , my blood test was done quickly and I spend only 5-10 minutes in test centre.

Lovely relaxed atmosphere and a very nice lady taking the blood. She was kind, caring and very good at her job.

I was not sure about which tests to book but when you add which type of test there is a variety of tests. If unsure upgrading to the correct package is available which is brilliant. Fast results and it shows the markers which is great. Looking forward to a GP appointment to discuss any markers. Would recommend.

I had my blood drawn at their Birmingham lab, and the staff person injected the needle on to a nerve on my right arm and missed my vein. It sent a sharp stabbing pain through my arm down to my finger tip. It was shockingly painful. She never once acknowledged it or apologized even when I told her it really hurt. It has been 6 days now, and I am still experiencing the nerve sting throughout my arm when I bend it at certain points. I’m not sure if my nerve damage is temporary, healing or permanent, but it does worry me. I sent an email to the company to file a formal complaint and received an automated response, no one has reached out to me personally to inquire if I am ok or even to advise me on what I can do to exam what took place and the damage caused by this negligence.

It was seamless process from the start to the end. The location was easier to find with easy access to the tram and bus short ride into Birmingham. The nurse was professional such a great experience especially with very small illusive veins no bruises like past experiences when my blood has been taken. Highly recommend and would go back for future lifestyle test. Thank you E

I have to have Bloods taken fairly regularly for some private treatment. It’s never simple and I’ve tried a number of services, but now I’ve found One Day Tests I won’t use anywhere else.

I had an at home and in person blood test and both were so easy - the woman at the clinic who took my test was lovely and professional and made me feel at ease. Received results the next day even though it was a 1-2 day wait time.

I had a great experience at the Clinic; the process was quick and seamless, with a fast turnover time for the results!
The clinic is pretty accessible and easy to find too, and I will definitely recommend it for quick tests and consultations!

I used OneDayTest for the Ultimate Performance Test, a fasting insulin test, and a vitamin D test, and overall the experience was very good.
As with previous visits, the appointment process was smooth and efficient. You turn up, and within about 10 minutes you’re in and out. Everything runs on time, there were no queues, and the staff were professional and friendly. The environment was comfortable, and it was a nice touch that they offered water and snacks afterwards.
In terms of results, most of my results came back the very next day. The fasting insulin test had a quoted five-day turnaround but actually arrived in four days. The Ultimate Performance Test was comprehensive and provided enough detail that I already had a good indication of the final outcome in advance.
The reports themselves are clear and well presented, with reference ranges and explanations included, which makes the results easy to understand. The test packages are thorough and cover a lot of ground.
The only improvement I’d suggest is offering a “build your own test” option at a more reasonable bundled price. Individual tests can be quite expensive, so a custom package with sensible pricing would be a great addition.
Overall, a reliable, efficient service with clear results and no issues
