Quick results
Reasonably priced, clean & professional walk in centre and incredibly quick results. Blood test was at 11am had the results via email by 6pm

Specifically a phlebotomist named Karla, I received unparalleled service and support beyond what you would reasonably expect from a blood test booking and it is obvious she cares deeply about people. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else after this experience. Can't thank her enough, fantastic!

Fast results
The website looked easy enough to use, but I just showed up and had no issues. The tests were done on site, thee lady that took my blood was professional and didn't leave a scar. She was friendly and made me feel at ease. The results came quickly, some on the same day. I would use this service again if needed.

Great advice on the tests I needed, based on the requirements my GP had set out. Friendly, helpful services on the phone and a smooth, calm professional service in person. Saved me at least a week in getting the right medication.

I recently had a blood test and the experience was great. The nurse who helped me was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything clearly. The blood draw was quick and painless. Her friendly and professional manner made a big difference. I highly recommend because of the wonderful care I received.

Efficient Testing Experience
The tests were of great value and the results came in a day, some came within a few hours. I felt really take care of during the venous blood draw, the process was smooth, efficient and quick. Results were easy to read, but I do wish the results would come with a bit more detailed analysis as some of them have a quite generic description for high/low results so I had to do my own research after that. It would have been good if we can also be offered a follow up review as well.
