I have been using One Day Tests in Crawley for a couple of years now and have only ever received an exceptional service. Booking online is easy, plenty of parking, friendly clean premises. I have seen Sophie the plebotomist a couple of times and she is always helpful and friendly and I don't notice the needle. A couple of times I have an appointment in the morning and I have had my results early afternoon. Great service

One Day Tests have a huge and comprehensive range of blood tests and excellent phlebotomists at convenient locations. The online dashboard gives you an easy view of how results change over time and if you are in normal range. A great way to take control of monitoring your own health.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -- I have been using OneDayTests for years…
I have been using OneDayTests for years now. I find their service to be invaluable. They have a wide range of tests, which is great, their service is fantastic (Charlotte and her colleagues always answer my emails promptly and they are all super helpful) and Sophie, the Phlebotomist at their Crawley location which is where I always go, does a great job--I often get blood tests and can attest that not all Phlebotomists are equally by any means. Sophie makes it fast and virtually painless, very appreciated. As well, the turnaround time for their tests is very good. Thank you to all of you. I highly recommend their services.

7 star service
The booking process was easy and there was very little waiting time. The staff were very kind and we received the results the next day. Compared to trying to get the same blood test done via our GP, this felt like a seven star service.

Very efficient, professional
Very efficient. I opted for the full set of blood tests. The appointment was on time. The staff were very friendly and professional. I got several results back the same day, the rest arrived in a few stages over the next 2 days (which they informed me would likely happen). The results were presented in a way I could understand and I felt well informed. I am extremely satisfied with the service and thanks to this company I have been able to identify the cause of some long standing health issues and have a good plan in place to deal with it. I will be recommending them to everyone I know for sure.

Worth to do the blood test with Onetest instead to wait ages for GP
Sophie was very helpful as the system did not let me book bundle online (and apart of collecting the blood she done admin too ). For everybody want to have a blood test if are issues with online system my advice is to walk in as is really quick

I left my office at 10.30 am without a…
I left my office at 10.30 am without a booked appointment . I was greeted by Sophii, who took me through the needed paperwork for consent . We discussed tests , I paid. she took my blood. Plain simple and fast, I left the consulting room at 11.14 this is after driving 10 miles to get there. Parking was easy.
Sophii was clear concise and excellent at drawing blood , her bedside manor was first class.
