Amazing service, results clear and easy to understand. The GP wouldn't give me an appointment so without the prompt results I would not have rushed to A&E and avoided really serious medical emergency.... Voir plus

Lost Trust After This Experience
This was my third visit to One Day Tests, and I’ve never had an issue before. On this occasion, however, a blood sample sent to an external lab was flagged with a question about how the sample had been handled. When I raised this with One Day, their response was defensive, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude even implying I was at fault for asking the question (which had actually come from the lab itself). I followed up to complain but received no response. For a company dealing with something as sensitive as people’s health, I would have expected empathy, professionalism, and accuracy. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning.

I had a fantastic experience at the One Day Test Clinic in Hove. Everything was smooth, quick, and professional from start to finish. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and the staff are incredibly polite and attentive.
I’d like to give special thanks to Dominica — she was absolutely wonderful! Very professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole process. She made the experience comfortable and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and with such warmth. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely caring in a clinical setting.
Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service. Five stars all the way!
