Sam was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the whole process.
I felt very comfortable in asking any questions I had in my mind and Sam was thorough in explaining all my queries.

Sam is a very professional advisor who has a wealth of knowledge regarding all the products we discussed.
My main 2 for discussion were relevant life fund and income protection insurance. Sam explained everything in layman's terms making contemplation and decision very easy as to which product I wanted to sign up for. He gave me multiple options and discussed each to enable me to make an informed decision. Everything was followed up with emails so I could peruse everything in my own time.
At no point was Sam pushy or made me feel rushed into making any hasty decisions - all questions were answered professionally and plenty of time given for me to decide.
