Miner purchases
I have been purchasing many miners from them over the past several months and all have been running smoothly with no issues. The platform takes some getting used to but I really like it. The buy now pay later feature is amazing allowing you to split the purchase over 4 months. The only issue I had was withdraws were supposed to take 24-72 hours and the first couple took a few days longer. I spoke with the CEO and they just want to make sure it is actually the owner of the miners making the withdraw and not an scam or account being hacked. After the first couple withdraws it was much faster. The other nice option is you have the option to withdraw to your crypto wallets or you can withdraw directly to your bank account. The sales team has been supper helpful and I speak with them almost daily by WhatsApp or email and they respond promptly.

saw a blog post about the reliability of this brand. I read all the benefits they offer when I choose to get a miner and host it with them. that time, i thought it was just a click bait, but when i tried to asked them through email, they responded and gave me the hosting contract. they also put me in a voice call, and i asked them if i could see them, they didn;t hesistate to put me on video call.
They asked me about my budget. After that, they gave me a representative to calcuate my estimated daily earnings/profit. Now, my miner has been working so fine.

I have to write this because this is my real experience with this brand. I went with home mining since i did the math for this :). At first, they were really responsive with all my inquirie;and, continues being that as i paid and received my miner, they're still entertaining me, luckily they teach me how to troubleshoot it.
Also, I realized that they gave me a guide link on my email which I admit it's my fault too.

Purchased a USED miner a week ago
Purchased a USED miner a week ago. 0 communication of any sort of status. USED miners are a flip of a switch, I'm guessing. If they go to a mining pool then there is NO switching. They just need to account that the transaction dollars flip to me. Support is NO help. They want your email and WhatsAPP or Telegram. Even after you give them that, the don't read emails...they want screenshots of what the problem is. What the heck? So, some user puts their miner up for sale (seller), some user, (me -- the buyer) buys it. The used miner is now mining to ... somewhere ... probably ONEMINER pool...so what's the rush to assign the miner to me? NONE! This tech company needs to incorporate some automation. This should be done 5 minutes after "crypto trades hands".

First time trying mining 🙂
It was my first time trying mining and I had no clue where to start. I asked support a ton of questions and expected them to get annoyed but they were super patient and explained things step by step. Big thanks to Oneminers for making it less stressful 🙂

Cautiously optimistic, but verify every claim
I’ve been a customer for about 15 months now.
There are definitely positives to the service, and other reviews already cover many of them. I want to focus instead on the things that are less obvious at first glance, so new customers know what to watch for.
My main advice is this: verify every claim independently. Ask for proof, ask for watcher links, and compare performance against established mining pools and third-party data. In my experience, some of the marketing claims appear overstated, and transparency is not always where it should be.
The biggest issue for me is that customers cannot configure their own mining pool accounts. Rewards are routed first through the OneMiners wallet, and only then distributed to customers. Because of that structure, you are relying entirely on their reporting. The company states that customers receive 100% of pool rewards, but based on my observations that has not consistently matched the results. In practice, the model feels more like reward sharing than direct payout.
For BTC, the difference compared to expected pool rewards has at times been in the 5% to 20% range. For some other coins, the gap has been much larger. The explanation given was often “pool luck,” but customers should not accept that at face value without checking the numbers carefully. Watch for fees at every turn, including unexplained gaps, deductions, or performance differences that are not clearly documented.
That said, I am trying to stay fair and objective. Some issues can improve over time, and to their credit, there have been periods where the revenue gaps became much smaller after raising the issue. Still, this is an area where customers need to stay vigilant.
To avoid unexpected losses, I strongly recommend demanding proof of your miners’ actual pool rewards, obtaining watcher access whenever possible, comparing payouts against reputable pools, and carefully reviewing every fee and deduction.
Update – 9/15/25
After working with OneMiners to address the revenue gaps, I can report that the situation improved significantly. The comparison against EMCD and F2Pool was much better during this period.
Because of the improvement, I increased my rating. I will continue monitoring payout gaps, fees, and overall transparency.
Update – 3/6/26
Operations and maintenance have been another weak point. I had 6 miners fail within a single week, including some of the most productive units. Past repairs have taken 4–6 weeks, even though public advertising suggests repairs should take only a few days. Having roughly 40% of a miner batch become defective is, in my view, well below industry expectations.
Overall, I would describe my view as cautiously optimistic but very careful: there are some good aspects to the service, but customers should verify everything, monitor revenue closely, and watch for fees and deductions at every step.

My friend recommended Oneminers and of…
My friend recommended Oneminers and of course at first I have doubt in crypto mining because i don't know it works but he explain it to me and even showed me his system and the withdrawals he had made. He told me to test it out first with one machine so I tried the cheapest one the S19 95 th/s. It was processed and installed in 3 days and after that, I can see my mining rewards in my own system. I am glad right now that I tried investing in crypto mining but will still see how it performs in the long run.

No complicated setup and no tutorials…
No complicated setup and no tutorials needed. The dashboard is very easy to use I just logged in and everything I need to see about my machine like the status, the pool settings, or my daily earnings and payout history was there.
My KS7 is in their Nigeria hosting center so monitoring it on my dashboard is very helpful.

I was really impressed with the dashboard. It was beginner and user friendly. I can see the real time hashrate, my daily and monthly earnings, the temperature and the status of my machine even from my phone which is great!
The whole setup was clean and easy 👍

I feel like I am a VIP client
I message them on live support and asked for their recommendation because I only have a budget of $1,000 to $1,500 and they suggest the S19K Pro which is one of the machines that actually give good profits.
They respected all my questions and helped me to start with my mining investment. They even initiate to message me first and update with the status of my order until it started to run.
Honestly i am very happy and thankful for all the help, support and updates. I felt like I am one of their VIP clients 😁
I highly recommend Oneminers and I am happy to share my experience to all who also wanted to start investing in crypto mining.

No problems
I chose hosting because i dont want noise, heat and electricity cost in our area is too high.
Hosting with them, i am only checking the dashboard in my phone and I dont need to do anything.
I dont need to worry about the maintenance because my machine has 7 years warranty with them.
My $8 daily profit is also consistent and I didn't have any problem with my withdrawals.

Serious doubts about infrastructure and transparency – looks more like a mining simulation than real hosting
I've spent weeks analyzing OneMiner and I have to say: something is really off.
First, the infrastructure they claim to support (hydro miners like the S21e XP Hyd 3U or A2 Pro Hyd) is simply not visible in any of their videos or site visits. I've reviewed all the footage from Nigeria, Ethiopia, and other hosting locations – and I haven't seen a single hydro setup, no manifolds, no coolant loops, no industrial racks. Only air-cooled setups. Yet they claim to accept all miner formats at all locations, which is technically impossible.
Second, they refuse to let you connect your ASIC directly to a mining pool. Instead, they force you to use their own VPN, which makes it impossible to independently verify your hashrate or earnings. This gives them full control over the interface, which could be just a visual simulation of mining activity. No pool dashboard, no visible worker ID, no proof that your miner even exists.
Third, the CEO has connections with IceRiver.eu and CircleH, both of which have terrible reputations (Trustpilot ratings below 3/5). Many people report undelivered orders or locked funds. That makes me seriously question the credibility of the leadership behind OneMiner.
Yes, they claim to have been allocated 150MW in Nigeria and even show press releases about government partnerships. But having access to power doesn't prove that miners are installed or running. There’s still zero proof of actual mining hardware on-site for hydro or immersion setups. It looks like they rent space in existing farms but have no infrastructure of their own.
To sum it up:
-No transparency about the pool
-No physical proof of advanced infrastructure
-Obscure past connections
-Possibly simulated mining dashboards
-No ability to audit your own mining activity
Until they publicly show a real-time dashboard of pool activity, or at least a video of my machine running with pool connection + worker ID, I consider this service highly suspicious.

SCAM ALERT – Oneminers.com, their CEO, and their Fake Web of Ponzi Operations
I ordered an AE0 miner through Oneminers.com, with the understanding it would be hosted. They spent weeks stalling, feeding me nothing but delays and excuses. Then magically, after several emails one miner was allegedly put online — constantly underperforming and clearly not delivering what I paid for.
Yesterday, I received a threatening email from none other than the CEO of oneminers.com.
First from a supposedly official Oneminers email, then switching to a shady Gmail address. The intent was to pressure me into removing my Google Play Store review exposing their scam.
This man — the CEO of oneminers.com — is at the center of a web of scam fronts, including:
- oneminers.com
- iceriver.eu (a fake, knock-off clone of the real iceriver.io)
- pcpraha.cz
- possibly many more
The real IceRiver company, iceriver.io, has officially exposed and slammed them online on X.
These scammers are impersonating legitimate companies, setting up Ponzi-style hosting schemes, and remotely shutting down miners when users speak up. That’s not mismanagement — that’s straight up fraud.
And let’s be clear:
- I am not deleting anything.
- I am not staying silent.
In fact, I’m doing the opposite — I will keep posting about this everywhere.
My demand is simple — I want a full refund for a miner that never performed as promised, consistently underdelivered, and has now been deliberately shut down by the scammer himself. This isn’t a misunderstanding. This is blatant fraud, and I won’t stay silent about it.
To the CEO of this scammy company: your intimidation tactics won’t work. You picked the wrong person to threaten.

I get updates all the time
I picked OneMiners to host my KS3 in Ethiopia 'cause their power cost is really cheap, just $0.055 per kwh which is way less than Paraguay. They delivered everything nice and easy and miner was up and running super quick. I get updates all the time, it's always on, and I'm making good money. I'm so happy with how it's going so far!

I am glad I tried their hosting service
I am new to mining so I bought a miner that is super cheap just to try crypto mining. I had the KS2 (2 th/s) for only €310 and tried their recommended hosting center in Dubai. In just 3 days, the machine was already online and I started earning.
I can monitor the machine daily in my dashboard and I withdraw it weekly. So far, I'm earning €26-€28 a month. I am glad I tried their hosting service because I don't need to worry about the maintenance and I don't hear it running in my house because it is not there 😁. I am now planning to add 1 or 2 miners that is more profitable.

Our mining journey with S21 Hydro
My 3 friends and I decided to buy an Antminer S21 Hydro for $4,915. We placed it at their hosting site in Nigeria because they offer the lowest electricity cost for only $0.047/kwh.
Our daily profit is around $15 to $18 per day so we are earning around $450-$540 per month. What we also like is their customer service. They are very detailed with uptime metrics and explained to us everything first before buying. That made us decide to try Oneminers and we never regret it.

I don't have to worry about maintenance
I bought a KS5M for about €1,790 and decided to send it to their hosting facility in Ethiopia. The low outdoor temperatures there help with cooling and the farm passed all my due diligence checks.
After a month, I've earned around €150 in KAS. The best thing about hosting is that you don't need to worry about maintenance because they take care of everything. I only need to check my daily profit.

only 4 days and miner was already running
I bought a Whatsminer M50S with 128th/s for only $945.90 and sent to their hosting facility in Ethiopia. I'm based in the USA and I didn't want any noise or heat at home.
The whole setup was easy and it only took them 4 days and my miner was already running. After one full month, it made me about $170 in btc. It's simple, no stress at all and I can keep track of everything on their dashboard without any hassle. Thanks Oneminers.

When I first got my Antminer KA3
When I first got my Antminer KA3, I thought I'd just plug it in and start raking in cash. But I was wrong. Mining at home takes a lot of work to get right!
First off, the noise was crazy. The fans were so loud and my wife was not happy at all. She kept giving me that look. I tried moving it to the basement but then it got way too hot down there. In the end, I set up a spot in my garage with some soundproof foam and extra fans to keep it cool.
Then came the next headache! My electric bill! That first month's bill was so high I almost gave up. So I decided to send it to their Ethiopia hosting center. I don't have to worry about noise and I am just earning nice cash. I am planning to get new miner.

Mining setup in a tiny apartment
I live in a tiny apartment so I needed a mining setup that wouldn't make my place super hot. I did some research and got an Antminer L9 from Oneminers since it's not too loud. I added some soundproofing stuff and added a fan to push the hot air out. It's now quiet. Mining in a small space can be tough but with the right gear and setup, it's definitely doable!
