Many features like Call History, SMS, Whatsapp Document, Photos, Two sided call recording not working. After you contact the support team, they only guide you and ask to reinstall the package(and for that the device must be with you). This is the only solution provided by support team. I have reinstalled the app 4 times since Oct 2025 and still not getting the app work properly. Everytime you have to uninstall and reinstall the app - thats the only solution.

Don't buy this websites plans. It's completely waste of money. They will just loot your money. I purchased their 1 month plan but unfortunately it didn't work. Even, they will not refund. Worst experience.

I recently purchased this app and it is working great till now. I was looking for the app like this and tried many apps before but was not happy with there after sales service and here support team is very helpful.

Scam. Asked the sales to give me specification of the phone in which the product works. They could not tell me. There is no refund policy - only thing they want is money.

I wanted to track my Partners Phone, So I contacted One Monitar Sales, I was promised that the App will perform all the said features. I repeatedly told the Sales person, that the Target Device Phone is an old Android 8 ver. Sales person agreed, and promised me all features will work. Sadly many features did not work, after repeated chats & Calls and settings on my Phone And TD Phone, OM team managed to rectify the issues, but told me (WhatsApp Recording will not work in Android 8 ver) This is the first mistake by One Monitar. They said Android 10 and above ver will do WhatsApp Recording. After talking to the OM Team, and informing them, that the newer ver phones will have more Security, they promised me nothing to worry. I purchased a new Android 14 ver Target Device Phone. Now after repeated chats & Calls and settings on my Phone And TD Phone, OM team managed to rectify the issues, and get WhatsApp Call Recording. For any issues OM team will want access to the account and the Target Device in hand (Sadly if I can have TD in hand at anytime, why will I need OM in the first place) Now a new issue raised, a small Green Dot on the top right corner is always on screen and keeps popping messages that the phone is been monitored, every time the New TD is in use. Now the TD phone user has come to know, that the phone is been monitored, and has totally formatted the Phone. This is my second mistake - I spent Rs10,800 for Al-in-one package for 12 months and Rs.2,500 for Installation and setup charges. One and half month of total misery. OM app does work, but IT IS ONLY FOR KIDS WHO DO NOT KNOW ANY ANDROID SETTINGS. OM APP IS NOT TO BE USED ON ANY ADULT AS THE NEWER VER OF ANDROID SECURITY WILL EASILY FIND OUT AND INFORM THE USER, THAT THE PHONE IS BEEN MONITERED. All paid versions of Phone monitoring apps on the web are the same. This is my first and last experience. ONLY A PAID PROFFESIONAL HACKER CAN GIVE YOU ACCESS TO SPY PERMANTLY ON ANY ANDROID OR iPHONE BYPASSING ALL SECURITY SETTINGS OF A PHONE, but it is too risky, as the Hacker can turn on you anytime, as you will end up in a trap of being Blackmailed by the Hacker. Dear People, please take a right decision, before trying to monitor Adult. My best advice not to Moniter anyone. Be Happy, Be Safe !

completely waist of money, they only pretending on demo they have all features but actually most of them are not working and they will ask you to do setting in your mobile. once you will do then they will say it is your mobile even i asked before i buy this application they said compatible or not they confirmed yes it is. i have used many other but this is the most worst even keyloger is not working properly. no voice calling even when you will take screen shot command message will appear for permission on child device. i don't know how they claim undetectable.

I would have given less then 1 star, if option available.
Application is not working properly.. No call recording happening..
Just putting services in the app dashboard, doesn't mean you have 50 + services, till they are working.
Customer service is pathetic.
If you ask for solution, they will say they can't help, because it is your phone problem. What the problem is , how to arrive at solution, they will put all onus on the customer.
Hey this is not the professionism in this era of customer centric market. Totally WORST.. Save yourself from these cheaters..

Ive tried several spy apps and after going throuhg 5 that was worthless i try onemonitor and i think its the best spy app in the business when you want to know what your partner is up to, customer service has always been there for me if i needed them, and every feature works as promised the only complaint i have is phone recording feature conversations are one sided, and it doesnt show deleted text messages.

App does not work as expected total waste of money. Please do not buy this.
it does not even deserve one star.

This app is packed with features and easy to use, even for tech novices. The installation process is a breeze, and the user interface is clean and intuitive. If you need help, customer support is responsive and helpful. Overall, I'm highly impressed with this app.

I dint get refund. App doesn't work. Don't waste your money

Very worst, cheating, lost 4000rs, fake support, billing will start from day 1 of installation but software will not work properly customer support will just pretend to fix till valid period. Total waste of money

I am unable to get my money refunded from the company as the software did not work for me due to issues that I had reported within the period of 15 days as per their refund policy. The software did not work for me and I did not want to continue using it. I have been going back and forth with their support, and I am always told - pls contact support and we can make it work. As a customer I am not satisfied with the product I purchased from this company and they are not willing to process the refund. This is a scam.
