Wanted to sell a small parcel of IAG shares. This was a simple and easy way to do it. The whole process took less than a week. Very happy customer.

Quite easy to do, no problems at all

I am writing this review in regards to my experience selling my shares using One Off Trades. After some hesitation about selling my shares using an on-line service i decided,after reading t&c's,reviews that it would be a safe and convenient way of off loading my shares. I did not have alarge amount to sell,however i was given all the help i needed by a user friendly work site,the instructions are clear and easy to read and understand. My experience was non stressful and the results satisfactory,I would recommened using OneOff Trades to anyone.

Good to start with but my shares were sold 5 days ago, 3 business days and I still haven’t seen a cent. I thought a couple of business days was reasonable. My bank say they definitely haven’t received a payment

A little slow to start with, but once they understood my position, they were very helpful and completed my sale.

Having limited knowledge of modern devices, and no history in the sale of shares, it was refreshing to work with an awesome business. One Off Trades payed as per there estimate probably took 15 minutes to complete, trade finished in 24 hours, hardest part for me was taking a selfie.

First time I've ever sold shares that were part of a package I inherited. It was a simple and very quick process.

This is our third time using One Off Trades. We have always found the process to be easy to follow and the shares have been sold with little difficulty.

Residue shares held by Ltd. company to dispose of, no SRN. One Off Trades dealt with it efficiently without fuss. Will highly recommend.

All went to plan, totally satisfied, initial setup of the info reqd taking photos for proof of ID etc a little daunting for an older person, but got there in the end

I'd instructed the agent to sell all my shares immediately. The response was that One Off Trades elected to start selling them in smaller packages,"so as not to shock the market" -- this was impossible given the amounts involved. Also they appeared to be charging commissions for each package, despite their message that the contract involved a single commission (when the contract and instructions were clearly for a single sale.) Eventually, after I kicked up a fuss they sold the balance as a single package, but by then it was too late as the share price had gone down. I was several hundred dollars to the bad instead of a few thousand to the good. Had I not insisted they sell the remaining shares all at once, rather than in small aliquots, which is what they said, in essence, "most of our customers want" this transaction would have cost even more, both in dwindling share price (which it did) and in bolting on more commissions. A fool and his money are soon parted, but I wasn't going to let OOT make a fool out of me by engaging in bait-and-switch practices. I'm lucky not to have lost more. Do not use this organization.

One Off Trades was a seamless process. It was very easy to sell my shares. The online chat was very helpful and guided me through the process when I was stuck.
My shares were sold at a good price. I am very happy. I would use the platform again and recommend based on my positive experience.

Was apprehensive about using a service like this but found the security and payment into my bank to be first rate.Thank you.
