Even for my age there are plenty of surveys so the £20 pay out doesn't take too long to reach. I enjoy answering most of them as they are usually well compiled & have had no problem with Onepoll.

The surveys are short and easy for anyone to complete, If you're not part of the demographic they don't waste your time knowing they're going to exclude you.
They seem very fair but constant attention is required.
They have been my favourite survey site for a very long time and although they won't make you rich, they add interest and don't abuse you like some of the others.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Responsive and efficient
I messed up when trying to claim my reward, then it looked like my points had vanished. But it was all sorted out VERY quickly with a simple email.

Excellent and prompt customer service
I had an issue with a survey where I had misread a question because I was using a smaller screen and therefore failed a quality check. I immediately contacted Onepoll by email who responded promptly and helpfully provided a screenshot showing where I had made a mistake. I really appreciate their help, they really do go above and beyond when helping their members.

Very easy surveys!
Very easy surveys which are posted several times a week! Although the rewards are quite small (20p or 15p) each survey is very quick to complete - usually only 2-3 minutes. Consequently, it is very quick to reach the payout amount of £20. Highly recommended! Very helpful customer service as well!

OnePoll is a deceitful company.I signed up on their platform four months ago.I invested time and data answering their surveys that were sent on a daily basis.Now that i have gotten to the threshold to redeem my money,they now decided to reward me with a blocked account.I pray your business fails OnePoll.Rogues they don't pay their participants.

Thank you for your review. If your account was blocked then I assume you contacted members@onepoll.com for an explanation. They would have told you why your account was blocked and which of the many quality control checks you failed. They would have explained the reason and offered you the chance to provide ID to confirm you are a UK resident and various bits of personal information we check. If your account is on hold still I assume this hasn't happened. We pride ourselves on the quality and validity of our data and we undertake many quality checks to ensure its accuracy. So far in 2025 we have paid out over £320K to our genuine members. All genuine members are paid.

You'll want to do this, more than once.
This is a great site with small but easy to complete surveys. Very few require any free text with most just needing options to be selected. It's quite easy to build points and, in turn, earn rewards as cash giving you the option to decide where to spend it.

I contacted Onepoll by email about a problem I have redeeming points. I got a quick response back that was able to solve my problem and my points were redeemed the same day. Rachel who dealt with my query was very helpful.

Rachel helped me out when I was mistakenly blocked from my account and then again when I had problems redeeming my points.
She was prompt and courteous in her response to my emails. All issues have been resolved.

Issue when trying to claim my reward payment
When trying to claim my reward payment, I was unable to complete the BACS details and the points disappeared from my account, but the payment was never activated.I emailed Rachel Knight who answered extremely promptly and sorted the issue straight away. Thank you so much Rachel! Excellent service!

I love doing one poll surveys.nice and short,easy to do. The payout soon adds up. Any concerns email them and Rachel Knight replies within an hour and sorts the problem out. I had a problem and my account was blocked but Rachel sorted it out.

I’ve had a good experience with OnePoll so far. The surveys are generally quick, interesting, and easy to complete. I like that payments are reliable and you can cash out once you reach the minimum balance. It’s a straightforward way to earn a little extra money in your spare time.
